Let me start with the things I didn't like. We had to wait 1 hour on the Manager to bring us the keys. Since we were traveling with 2 kids I thought that was a little Long for us to be waiting outside. Also, the bed was really squeaky, and I would had liked some sheets with the duvet. The bathroom towels are used up, so we would had preferred something a little newer as well. The water boiler leaks, and the microwave was extremely slow on heating. We would had liked some paper towels as well. Other than that the location is great, we walked everywhere. There's restaurants and stores all around it. For the price it's a great place to stay. If those few things would get fixed its a great apartment to stay in.

I will make sure to leave a review on your apartment.".. we definitely didn't expect a review with a list of faults that you have found in the apartment without mentioning a single problem beforehand especially when we were in an email contact during your stay. We would really appreciate your feedback while you are actually in the apartment so we can fix things to make you, as our guest, satisfied and leaving you with a good feeling from your holiday. Many things we don't find out about in any different way than just by experience from our clients.
As per the faults: I have send a handyman to look at the bed and he tuned it a little (even though the client who is staying in at the moment for a month didn't find anything wrong with it), he also checked the kettle for boiling water (I hope that's what you meant .. the one that is leaking) and didn't find anything wrong with it, the towels were a mystery (another clients have already mentioned it) as we just bought new set of towels for all our apartments about 2 months ago ... I found out from the laundry service later on that they accidentally switched our laundry with a different client. We are very sorry for this. I'm not sure what you mean by having a sheet with a duvet, but this is the way all short term apartments in Prague are making their beds. We only supply a sheet on a mattress, that's a standard. We don't supply paper towels, this is something that clients have to arrange for themselves and the microwave seemed a little slower than usual (it's been in the apartment for 5 years now) but we will most likely get a new one in the spring.
As per Vladimir.. he couldn't remember you exactly as he is dealing with lots of arrivals but it was Friday and Fridays are in general very busy for traffic and it might have taken a little longer than normally to get to the apartment. Also you were arriving by car and in case that you didn't call him in advance 100 km before Prague (as we instructed you) and called him when you were already in front of the building then it can definitely take longer than normally to wait as he needs about 20-30 min. to get to the apartment in case there is no traffic jam. In anyway he said that he is positive he didn't have any client waiting for longer than 35 min.. Still, we apologize. Petra
