SB style with a beautiful view!
My girlfriends and I rented this property for a girls' weekend in SB. I lived in SB for 7 years, and I absolutely loved this place. It had a perfect SB vibe - simple, roomy in the shared spaces, and with its own personality. By far the best feature is the french doors which open to a spacious balcony. There is also a view from the dining table. We did not do any cooking at the house, but the kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need. Also, plenty of sheets and towels for however many people you had (we had 6 total). Even with a gorgeous view, if you were up for a bit of a walk you could get to State Street on foot. For the night life, we just took a quick cab ride there and back.
We greatly appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out, also. The property was very clean, and it was even more beautiful than the photos! We all agreed we would love to come back and stay at the same house! I think just about anyone would enjoy this rental, but probably would be most appreciated by a group of girls, or a few couples for a romantic weekend.

A wonderful stay
This Santa Barbara apartment was the perfect haven for our family's visit to the area. It was beautifully clean, comfortable, well equipped and charming with fabulous views.

Wonderful Home
My group and I recently took a trip to Santa Barbara. In terms of location, this home is close to major shopping and the beach. Everything was provided from towels to utensils to beach chairs, so we did not need to bring much of our own. The balcony has a pretty view, definitely a plus when waking up in the morning. The owner was very helpful as it was my first time renting and I would recommend this charming vacation rental!

Great Trip to Santa Barbara
This a great little place to stay! 2 adult couples and two children, aged 3 & 5, had plenty of room to eat and sleep. The view is wonderful and it was easy driving to a number of venues and locations we had to attend for a family wedding. A bonus was the closeness of the Santa Barbara Mission, which was a delight to visit during the chalk art festival. We found a number of nice restaurants on Santa Barbara Street near the old Presidio, which was also a great bonus visit. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, TP provided. The house is clean and the little kitchen is well-supplied. The TV is difficult to figure out, but that was minor, as we were plenty busy. A little more detail on the instructions would be good.

Great rental
I've never rented a vacation home before. The owner, Dan, was real nice and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The place was in a great location and in a nice neighborhood. Everything we needed was there for us to use. examples: beach chairs, ice cooler and towels for when we went to the beach, a bbq (although we didn't use it), washer & dryer (which we did use and needed) and much more. It was clean and cozy. I would highly recommend the vacation rental. Thank you for having such a great place to stay!! From Sacramento

WONDERFUL
Our stay here was AMAZING :) The place was exactly what we expected. It was very clean it was well maintained. The amenities weren't hard to find either. Tbe owner provided us with clean sheets and towels.We were like 5 minutes away from all main street where everything takes place. We had a beautiful view on the balcony. I would definately recommend this place to a friend or relative. We will be going back to this place for our next trip to Santa Barbara.

Charming House, Great Location
This home is perfect for a romantic getaway, girls' weekend, or a family vacation. It comfortably sleeps six, with the sofa bed in the livingroom, and is fully stocked with linens, towels, and all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. It is a pleasant walk to the mission, a five minute drive to State Street and the beach, and a short distance to UC Santa Barbara. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the balcony, taking in the ocean and city view. It is a lovely place to stay - great location, nice neighborhood, very clean, well maintained. We highly recommend this charming vacation home for your next Santa Barbara getaway.

Charming home and very helpful owner!
My girlfriends and I stayed here for a couple nights getaway and would love to go back for another vacation.
The owners Dan and Monica are very nice and helpful. They put the sunflowers in the kitchen so we can find the house easily at night looking through the window, seeing the sunflowers. :)) The process of renting and payment were easy.
Owners were generous to spend on amenities, towels and sheets, dishes, appliances, decorating. We loved the cozy, charming decor. The house is very clean, warm and colorful. Everything you need for your stay is there: iron, hair dryer, fresh and clean towels, bed sheets, kitchenwares, TV, movies, etc.
The house is 4-5 minutes drive from State Street and the beach. We really liked the house and all the thoughtful additions like the Sony radio, flatscreen TV, tasteful decorations, helpful notes for the sofa bed and restaurants in local area, the extra blankets, bedsheets, and towels, etc.
The house is perfect for one or two couples or a few girls, just the right size and with all the conveniences that are so important when you travel.
The weather was lovely in Santa Barbara. We would love to go back! Thank you Monica and Dan.
