Winter / Seasonal Vacation Rental
My husband and I rented the condo for the 2012-2013 Winter season and the place was wonderful. The unit has everything that you could need and the owner, Jeff, is amazing to work with. He is responsive and wants to make everything perfect for you. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has anything and everything that you could need for an extended stay. The location is great for 2 Thai restaurants, Italian choices and the Raley's grocery store is right down the street. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this condo!

Quick Weekend Getaway
What a great place! This was a quick spur-of-the-moment getaway with my teenage daughter. It was the perfect place with one very comfy bed and a great full size comfy futon for my daughter. The rustic look is very cabin-feeling with all the comforts of home. Close to the beaches and restaurants. Loved being able to have our dog with us. Thanks for being so accommodating with the last minute arrangements. So glad it was available. We will be back.

Wonderful stay in Tahoe!
My husband & I were able to bring our dog Maya with us to stay here. It was perfect! Clean, well maintained, close to the Lake, and a quiet relaxing place! Will definitely consider a stay at this condo again!! Owners were easy to deal with & even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy!

Wonderful Tahoe Getaway!
This condo is wonderful! Great location, sweet wooded complex, very clean pool/hot tub. The condo is small, but the owners have done a wonderful job of making it warm, cozy and functional. Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable bed and futon, great tv/stereo. So quiet and relaxing, and very clean. And we loved that we could have our sweet 4-legged friend with us! We will definitely stay there again when we travel to south shore. Very nice and helpful owners---a great experience!

Lovely Little Spot
This was my second time staying at Abbita. I loved it again and will look forward to returning the next time I visit South Shore. This time we brough our older dog, Greta and she loved the place as well. It was very cofortable for the four legged companions. We enjoyed the convenient location, clean and cozy space, wonderful outdoor activities close by and much more. Thanks Jeff for being so thorough and opening up your condo.

great condo!
My boyfriend and I spent two nights at Abbita's Hideaway. We arrived a little late on sunday night, but the place was extremely easy to find off emerald bay road. There were many restaurants and a great grocery store and 7 eleven within walking distance. The condo had everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, utensils) and the condo was equipped with great amenities such as games, dvds, and great TVs. We absolutely loved staying here (great location) and the owners "condo guide" and instructions on what to do in tahoe were great for us first timers. We will be back!

Great experience.
We stayed for two weeks from end of Jan to mid Feb. The condo is next to national forrest, only five minutes drive to Heavenly and casinos. The room is cozy and clean, perfect for a couple. The owner was really accommodating and easy to work with. And thanks for the wine and chocolates.

Great South Lake Tahoe Condo
Great condo - good setup, well stocked and apportioned, and very convenient location (especially if you like backcountry or XC skiing) and great value. This is perfect for a couple. 4 ppl would be tight. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Escape
The condo was in great shape and very comfortable. Nicely decorated and a romantic place to get away. Great value at the asking price and Jeff did a great job with local tips and support. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
