My wife and I enjoyed an eight night stay at this lovely and very well located apartment. The photographs give a good impression of what awaits the visitor. The kitchen is especially well-equipped and everything was easy to use. While the bathroom is a bit on the small side, the plumbing works well and there is lots of hot water and water pressure (not always something one can take for granted). The owner is a joy to work with and makes every effort to make one feel at home-all questions are answered promptly. The property was clean and well taken care of. A very complete "user's manual" to the apartment is provided that answers almost every possible question. It is very quiet and no street noise penetrates to the courtyard on which this apartment looks. Metro and taxi stands are very close and the access to markets and all living amenities was ideal. The climb to this third apartment is not at all problematic once the suitcases have been delivered. All was very civilized and pleasant. We are fans.

Our family of three enjoyed our first trip to Paris in this charming apartment. It met our needs perfectly. The stairs may not be for everyone, but were manageable. The apartment was light, open and welcoming. Our 12-year-old said the sleep sofa was a very comfortable bed. The neighborhood was wonderful and the apartment location was great.

This place is well located and has all the amenities a couple may need. This our second time in this neighborhood and we love it, it is close to everything when visiting romantic Paris. The owner provided a lot of information about the apartment and about Paris which was really appreciated. This is highly recommended for couples who can walk up the stairs. The bathroom is small, as most European old apartments, but it has all the basics. We really enjoyed it.

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days in September and couldn't have been happier with the rental. Beatrice was great and accomodated us getting into the unit very early in the day after a long flight from the US. Her details on the place were very accurate. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was also an excellent location with access to great little restaurants nearby on Rue Cler. Overall, this was a great value for the price of her rental. We would definitely rent this place again whenever we return to Paris.

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be and much, much more. The apartment itself is perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and it is very quiet, facing the courtyard. It was nice to leave the windows open in the evenings for fresh air with no fear. It was the perfect base to see the city. The neighborhood is fantastic - excellent restaurants, markets, bars, bakeries - and a block from a metro stop to explore the rest of Paris. Beatrice was very helpful and attentive and the building manager could not have been more accommodating. I hope it is available for our next trip. It is truly a 10 out of 10!

We stayed a little over a week at this well appointed and lovely apartment. It was the perfect size for our family of three and we always enjoyed coming back to the apartment after our daily adventures. It was quiet (faced an internal courtyard), sunny and very clean. We would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to a return visit.

We had an amazing time in Paris. The flat that we rented from Beatrice couldn't have been more centrally located for all that we wanted to do in Paris. It was even very close to the subway. First off, Beatrice was very good in providing us with info on what to do in Paris. Her flat is exactly like what the pictures show, very clean and organized. The bed was very comfortable. It suited my husband and I perfectly for celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower for our anniversary dinner ( which I would highly recommend). The view was beautiful, overlooking the Seine River and the food was absolutely delicious. We could walk everywhere from the flat, from the Arc de Triomphe,Champs Elysees, Des Invalides, Notre Dame Cathedral, as well as Pere Lachaise cemetery all places that I would recommend viewing. The local bistros, stores on rue cler were great! Everyone kind of walks around with a baguette under their arm. It was a real treat to walk and get some wine, cheese, bread and grapes from the locals and have a lovely picnic. We even rented bikes which was really great and rode to the Louvre as well as just around the city. All in all the flat worked out very well for us and I would highly recommend it. The 3 sets of stairs were very easy to go up and down. Thank you Beatrice for your place. We really enjoyed it. We felt like we got a really good taste of Paris, literally and figuratively,

When I walked in the door, and through the kitchen, my first comment was "charming". The kitchen was small, but well organized, and had very good utensils to cook with. The living area was spacious enough for the four of us. Both beds were very comfortable. The apartment looked out onto a courtyard, and was very quiet. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower one direction, and about 15 min. to the Orsay Museum. Perfect location. Beatrice has all the details well organized for the stay.
