The condominium is beautifully decorated with very high quality furnishings, art work and accessories, including all new state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a 31 cubic foot french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a full size oven and stove, a dish washer and a microwave oven), Casa Blanca and Quoizel ceiling fans and light fixtures, two Wesley Allen king-sized wrought iron beds in two bedrooms, two sets of wood “full over full” bunk beds in a third bedroom, a dining room table having comfortable seating for 10 or more, and a large island that can comfortably seat at least 6 more on wrought iron and leather bar stools, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, tall cathedral ceilings (which are not present in lower units), crown molding, sky lights and porcelain tile (most floors, master bedroom bathroom walk-in shower and matching floor, and other king bedroom bathroom walk-in shower and matching floor). Towels and linens are provided, and all bedrooms have a theme (pink flamingos, flip flops or flowers). All sheets have at least a 400 thread count.
The condominium complex has an in-ground pool, a reserved parking spot (with additional guest parking) and refuse pick-up.
The condominium was fully renovated and updated by a licensed general contractor in the springs of 2011, 2012 and 2013. All new celings (including hurricane clips, insulation, wood and sheet rock) and four new light fixtures were installed in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway, and the sheet rock in many of the walls and other ceilings was replaced. New floors were installed in the living room, and 12 brand new top-quality floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors were installed in the living room, dining room, master bedroom and hallway areas. Four brand new sky lights were also installed in the kitchen, and a new 80-gallon hot water heater, new Maytag air conditioning unit and new garbade disposal were installed in this unit. The floors, bath tubs and showers in BOTH the master bedroom bathroom, and the other king bedroom bathroom, were all replaced with a large porcelain tile and river rock walk-in showers having frameless glass doors and matching porcelain tile bathroom floors incuding copper 'drop-in' tiles. All three toilettes were replaced with five-star flush Kohler or American Standard toilettes. The bathroom cabinets and mirrors in two of the bathrooms were also replaced with top quality new bathroom cabinets and mirrors. The entire condominium was freshly painted in colors to match top-quality bedding from Florida Linens, and a new front door was installed.
