We booked all four suites at Zion Springs for a group of people participating in an adventure race in Maryland. We were amazed at the gorgeous house with beautifully decorated rooms. The property is breathtaking - nothing like drinking a hot cup of coffee in the morning on the deck, overlooking the countryside in complete serenity. The food was fabulous and the accommodations were everything we could have asked for - and more! The Tigges family was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable weekend. Conveniently located near the battlefields, several wineries and the WO&D Trail, we will absolutely be returning. this is hand's down our favorite B&B. If you are looking for the B&B experience, look no further - we offer our highest recommendations for your stay at Zion Springs!

MY WIFE AND I SPENT 5 NIGHTS AT ZION SPRINGS,ALONG WITH 13 OTHER PEOPLE.WE HAD NEVER STAYED AT A BED AND BREAKFAST BEFORE AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.WELL WE WERE REALLY SURPRISED, IN A GOOD WAY.WE HAD THE TIME OF OUR LIVES, EVERYTHIG WAS PERFECT.CHRIS AND HER FAMILY WERE EXTREMELY NICE.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.THE DRIVE TO WASHINGTON IS EASY.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE TO TAKE A VACATION THEN LOOK NO MORE, YOU HAVE FOUND IT.AND I ALLMOST FORGOT THE FOOD WAS FANTISTIC........

Blessed to have discovered Zion Springs

During the week of spring break 2012, a group of families and friends booked all four suites at the Zion Springs Bed and Breakfast. The accommodations were ideal for the fifteen of us. The adults enjoyed the peace and beauty while the children loved the ball court, the treehouse, and the spacious field and creek. We left Kentucky with the intention of having Washington D.C. be the highlight of our vacation, but the truth is that the Tigges family and their home became the true delight of the week. Memories of monuments and museums may fade away, but the picture of our group circled around their wonderful breakfast area in prayer and fellowship will stay with me for some time. The dishes were served to us so graciously and never failed to make our tastebuds smile. Sometimes you leave a place and think you simply found a good deal or a nice place, but rarely do you leave thinking you were absolutely blessed to have discovered it. We certainly feel blessed.

Spring Break 2012

Would highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast, Host will make you feel at home! Country setting helps you to feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle. We brought 15 people for the week, so we rented all four rooms each room is unique and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was totally awesome! We felt very blessed to have stayed here with our family and friends and having met the family who owns it.

Let me summarize by saying that this place is unbelievably beautiful, magical without a doubt the most beautiful i've ever stayed in, the owner makes you feel like in your house, breakfast is delicious !!!! This place is unforgettable.

I stayed here for three days during thanksgiving with my friends (10 in total). The place is even more beautiful than the pictures, very clean, the rooms are very cozy and private. The host makes you feel at home and she goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.
Now even better is the breakfast. Her cooking is amazing!!!!!!! She got my 6 year old eating spinach ( I still can't believe it). They are delicious and she makes everything with so much love.
I recomend this place and I will give them even more stars if I could.
