Wonderful stay for the AAU Nationals at Wide World of Sports
We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the beautiful house. There was more than enough room and the kids loved the pool. The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay; will definately consider again if needed in the future.

Great value for the money!!
This was our first time staying in lake berkley and we were very pleased with our choice! Very beautiful and peaceful and a great location. The house was wonderful, I was shocked by the amount of space we had! Very clean and with more than enough towels and dishware. The owner was pleasant to deal with and we had absolutely no issues during our 10 night stay. Will definitely book again next year if we can!

Wonderful Family Vacation Home
We just arrived home from a three generation vacation and couldn't believe how big and gorgeous the house was. We all enjoyed, (especially the grandkids) hiking around the lake and coming back from the parks and being able to go for a swim. The house was spacious and equiped with everything we needed and then some. The owner Marilyn is very friendly and ready to help with any questions you have. Even the management company representative stopped by to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home.

We visited the Lake Berkley villa for five weeks in February. The house was well equipped and nicely furnished. The long distance calling and internet was very handly. The own, Marilyn, was extremely helpful and cooperative. The management company was readily available if we had any concerns. We loved the community.... it is a small, gated community with two lovely lakes and a wonderful walking path. There is also a club house with a large heated pool, hot tub, fitness center and rec room, which we took advantage of. We are planning to return next year.

Great Rental Place!
We found this rental to be all that was promised...the photos give a great "picture" of what was found, things were clean, comfortable and we found plenty of extras...extra bedding, towels, and kitchen tools to use. The home was clean and well maintained. The owner was prompt to answer our questions and was very flexible when we encountered a personal problem that almost inhibited our travel plans! We would most definitely consider staying at the property again!

Excellent and Beautiful House
Our family had a great time!! The house was beautiful, spacious and neat. The house had all the appliances and everything we needed. Great location. Near to shopping malls and attractions. Loved the house.

My family, friends and I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was very neat, clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was nice and the people were very friendly. The owner is very pleasant and responds quickly to any concerns or questions you may have. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We will definitely stay here again!!! 5 stars

Fantastic for a family vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this villa earlier this month. It is very spacious and easily accommodated our party of four. The location and features were all as advertised.
The location is quite convenient. The villa about a fifteen minute drive from the airport and parks. There's a Walmart close by on Route 192. Other than groceries, everything else we needed was already in the villa. The Lake Berkley community is very nice. I have stayed in hotels in the Orlando/Kissimmee area and staying in a resort like this is much more comfortable. There are several restaurants nearby (Red Lobster and several Mexican, Chinese, and Indian places), malls, and Medieval Times is right around the corner. You won't run out of things to do.
Overall, our experience was very positive. We all slept well and the kids loved the pool. Everything was clean and in great condition inside. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. I'd recommend this villa to any family.

Nice Villa
These villas are a great deal if you have a lot of people in your group and need a place to stay where you can cook and don't mind driving.
The villa itself is a nice place with tile floors and carpet in the bedrooms with a full kitchen.
There are 4 bedrooms which 3 are smaller but the master is large with a nice large bath. All the mattresses in the house need to be replaced, they are not the most comfy ones, so kinda didn't sleep great.
The pool is nice addition. It is 6 feet in the deep end and 3 foot in the shallow end. It is great for relaxing at the end of a hot august day.
The TVs in the house should be updated also as they are really small and looking around at the other houses next door you can see more up to date tv's that are hanging on the walls.
All and all it is a nice place just needs some updates with new mattresses and new TVs. The couchs that are in the back room near the pool are comfy but worn out and should be replaced also.
This is a great place to stay if you don't mind driving to the parks.

As I put in my listing clearly, I’m the new owner of this beautiful property. We purchased it in June this year (2011) and did some essential updates before we put it onto the rental market. Additional updates will include new larger televisions, a new TV stand, and a new sofa by the pool entry area. In fact, my management company has already started the process. The whole plan will be finished at the end of August or beginning of September, when things are slowing done a bit. Now I will add new mattresses to the list. To all my guests who don’t mind the 10 minute drive to the theme parks and rented my villa, I feel very honored to serve you: I know that you have a lot of choices. I take my job very seriously. My goal is to make all my guests’ stay a wonderful vacation experience. To this reviewer, let me say this: I invite you to come back next year (or sooner!) with more of your family members and friends (you know it is the spacious home with the large size pool) to check it out. To our other potential customers, you will get a nice discount if you rent our villa before the upgrade is completed.

July Shuttle Launch Vacation
The house was clean and large enough for our group of 7. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
The pool was great to cool off in. Wish we were around more to use it!
There are many restaurants and stores within a few miles.
The owner was very helpful and great to deal with.
I would definately recommend this property to others.
