A new self-catering rental in a gated community with shared pool and gym
Very modern self catering 3 bedroom apartment/condo conveniently situated just off the US Interstate 192. It's a simple 10min direct drive in the car to Main Gate Disney, a real boon for those not used to driving in the U.S.
For those days that you don't fancy doing the cooking, about 2 min away you will find steak houses, Chinese, fast food restaurants, a Waffle House and even Joe's Crab Shack. You will also find the obligatory all you can eat breakfast place. There is a Wal-Mart supermarket practically on the doorstep which is 24hr.
There is a clubhouse, which has an Internet room. A superb gym for use of Club Cortile guests. A really smashing pool. The apartment has a King-size bed in bedroom 1, with a TV and an en suite bathroom. A queen-size bed in bedroom 2 and twin beds in bedroom 3. Free national calls on phone, broadband connection. Full sports and movies package supplied by Brighthouse. Washing machine and dryer. In short, perfect accommodation for your holiday.

Fantastic condo and location

This was my 3rd year in a row staying in Steve's condo, and it was fantastic as always. My wife and I go to Florida every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we think Club Cortile and Steve's condo in particular is the best accommodation we have found, both for location and value for money. It is a secure gated location with great facilities for couples and families, no matter whether you want a relaxing holiday or whether you want to spend your time in the theme parks, all of which are extremely close by. Perhaps the best recommendation I can give is that I only arrived home 5 days ago and I have already booked it for next year! I must also mention that Steve is a pleasure to deal with and always takes a genuine interest in how you got on while staying in his condo.

Enjoyable 2 weeks in Florida

My 2 brothers (24+16), sister (14) and I have just recently returned home from an action packed visit to Florida, where we stayed in Steve's Condo.
We had an excellent time in the Disney, Universal and SeaWorld parks, which were easy to get to, ranging from 15 to 20 minutes away.
After a full day at the parks we enjoyed driving away to our quiet condo and either stopping off on the 192 at Target to get some provisions in or eating out at the numerous restaurants all conveniently placed. With having 2 teenagers with us, Panda Express was often the popular choice and was very well placed at the top of the road leading to Club Cortile.
The Condo was very spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked well and having cable TV was good at night as there were plenty of films to choose from.
I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florida.

Comfortable property in a safe environment. Excellent proximity to Universal/Disney/Seaworld and easy access to I4 which made it easy to travel further afield. Target/Sam's Club/Walmart (we cooked at home as much as we ate out using the good facilities) all nearby as well as plenty of restaurants/diners on the 192 at the end of the road. Had a really nice two weeks with my family and would recommend to people needing a comfortable base to explore the region.

Great holiday base

We spent just over two weeks in Steve's condo, and it had everything we could have asked for and more. It was very spacious with loads of room for two adults, a teenager and a 10 year old. Lovely comfy beds and big bathrooms were an extra treat that you can't always rely on. The pool was great to come back to after a long day in the theme parks. Very central location, with supermarkets really close by. We could have eaten in a different restaurant every night and still not have covered them all. Would definitely recommend a visit here. WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM OUR FIRST TRIP TO FLORIDA. IT WAS A FANTASTIC FAMILY HOLIDAY AND WE TRAVELLED OVER 1400 MILES. OUR FIRST BASE WAS IN ORLANDO AND WE BOOKED STEVE'S CONDO IN CLUB CORTILE. THE APARTMENT WAS GREAT - 3 BEDROOMS AND PLENTY OF SPACE - FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 TEENAGERS. THE POOL WAS GREAT TO COME BACK TO AFTER A BUSY DAY AT THE PARKS AND MY HUSBAND LOVED THE COOLNESS OF THE APARTMENT AFTER A HOT DAY OUT IN THE SUN! WE ATE OUT LOCALLY A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF CHOICES NEARBY AND A TARGET ALMOST ROUND THE CORNER. DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO FOR ANYONE VISITNG ORLANDO. THANKS.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for a week in Steve's condo. It had all we needed and more. We went to the hot tub almost every night, which was nice after a long day at one of the parks. It was very clean and it felt like a home. We are so happy we chose a condo rather than a hotel. We were able to save money by cooking our dinner and packing our lunches. We will stay here again if we plan another trip to Orlando. The price is amazing, especially what you get for it.

Great First Trip to Florida

My family (2 adults, one 6 and one 3 year old) used Steve's condo for our first trip to Orlando at the end of March 2012.
The unit was clean and well maintained, with all the amenities I expected, and was a great place to relax in after a busy day exploring Orlando.
The complex is also well maintained and my daughters enjoyed using the pool.
The condo is well located for places to eat, supermarkets and other shopping.
The airport, Disney, SeaWorld are very nearby by car and access to the various motorways is easy.
Any questions were dealt with by Steve very helpfully and efficiently.
We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend Club Cortile as a perfect base for a trip to Orlando/Florida.

We could not have had a better vacation!!!I admit we had concern's renting from the owner(living in London)While we actually only live 45 minutes from Orlando...But Steve is a very honest helpfull owner.The only issue we had was not booking the Condo for a longer time frame..we will be staying 2 weeks next time,and yes there will be a next time,can't wait!Thank's Steve.Patrick and Teresa and family...P.S. I'm Disabled and they have a handicapped parking spot in front of this unit....

Well maintained, clean, very spacious apartment.
This is a true home from home apartment, you feel relaxed the minute you walk in the door. Good sized kitchen with all equipment, very clean and easy to use.
The apartment is located down a quiet street which is ideal. The complex is well maintained and very clean. The pool area is great and is also clean and a good size. There is an abundance of restaurants and supermarkets close-by. Maybe only a 10 minute drive to Disney maingate. Easy access to I4.
Would recommend this apartment to all visitors.

We have previously stayed in hotels and Villas when visiting Florida, due to economic climate we decided to look at a cheaper option either a motel or a condo. We decided on a condo and were really surprised at the ease of the booking - a more personal service and a full description of the condo and its facilities with good communication with the owner - it was better than it was actually described !. The condo was really clean and and well maintained, it was well stocked with all the facilities - washer, dryer, dishwasher microwave etc - these were all well maintained and spotless upon our arrival. I will definatley be booking this condo again and would certainly recommend it to my friends and family. A hotel is OK whilst in Florida but I think it is nice after a busy day in the parks - actually 5 minutes away - or visiting the malls - 10 minutes away - to take time out in your own space and not just a room ! This condo is disabled friendly and good for small children - as it is on the ground floor.T

The shopping malls are all within a 5 - 15 minute drive from the condo and for the more adventurous either beach is approx a 1 hour drive - don't worry you only travel on two roads! If it is food that you are interested in this condo is situated within 5 miles of around 30 places to eat - KFC, checkers, goldern corral, longhorn the list is really endless.
The area is not built up, so it is quite but it also offers you the opportunity to see things which you would not notice in a built up area - we saw Bobcats, eagles, turtles, gators and snakes all within 2 miles of the condo. The estate has security gates which do make you feel safe but we have never had any issues in Florida.
There is a clubhouse on site but this does close around 5 ish, however the pool and jacuzzi are open until 9 - 9:30 - which is nice after spending alot of time in the malls etc.
If you are traveling to Florida, I would highly recommend this condo and the area which it is situated in.
