Our stay at the Sea Gypsy was great, just great. What a view! We walked on the beach which was just steps away. Did some tide pooling at low tide. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Walk in shower was a nice touch. Very close to many good restaurants. I would definitely stay there again and hope to next year. I would highly recommend.

This condo was Awesome !! We had a wonderful weekend .the place was so much more than we expected., we loved watching the waves from the room and the tide going out and coming in, the dogs playing on the beach. We will difenently try to stay there again.thank you Greg and Riko.

My boyfriend and I came to stay at the Sea Gypsy for five days in the middle of September. This was a great time to visit Lincoln City, as we missed all the summer crowds. The weather was fair, and we even got some considerable sun on our first day there. Lincoln City seemed to be very centrally located to all of the other things we wanted to do, so it was a perfect place to stay and still be able to go on day trips. There is a lot to do, so plan ahead! The Yaquina Head Lighthouse was one of our favorite visits. We also booked a horseback ride on the beach in Pacific City. Though it was off-season, that was by far our favorite activity. We really enjoyed Silver Falls State Park, but it's a bit of a drive. Gracie's Sea Hag in Depoe Bay (15 minutes south of Lincoln City) had the best clam chowder I've had in a long while. Much better than some of the other chain restaurants that advertise having the world's best chowder. The unit itself was perfect for us! The photos of the listing were very accurate. It is very clean, updated, the amenities were great, and we were overall very impressed with our stay. The listing is also accurate as far as amenities and features. We did not have time to check out the pool/sauna. The location is right on a beautiful, clean stretch of beach and the view is fantastic. Opening the windows allows you to hear the ocean all the way into the bedroom. The owners were responsive and extremely easy to work with. We would definitely come back for another stay. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The condo had everything you need in it including a washer and dryer. The owners work directly with you and they are very helpful. I will refer this condo to all of my friends and family for sure.

Would recommend this condo to family and friends. Location is central to many restaurants, attractions and beaches. Would recommend Wildflower Grill, great breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

This condo was very clean and comfortable. Makes you feel at home. The view is amazing. The Indoor heated pool was amazing. More than I expected. I hope to stay here again and I would recommend this place to friends/family. The description in extremely accurate. Met all my expectations.

Beautiful ocean views, beautiful sunsets. Condo was very clean, all the appliances worked. It was nice having the washer and dryer in the unit. You have heard the old saying. You can dress her up, but you can't take her anywhere. Well, that's me. Lincoln City is centrally located. You have Cannon Beach one way and Newport the other direction. We took a lot of day trips. Although the futon hide a bed needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. I would reccommend this condo to family and friends. Thank you Rico and Greg, for sharing your condo with us.

Wonderful Stay on the Oregon Coast!

This condo was exactly as described -- clean, spacious, on the beach, centrally located. We couldn't have asked for more. We were a little concerned that there was no balcony on this second floor unit but the view from the large living room window and super easy access to the beach made this perfect. A nice surprise was to find benches on the beach side of the condos that are perfect for sitting and enjoying the sunset if you don't want to sit in the sand. Lincoln City is also big enough to have everything you want but is not really "touristy" like some of the other coastal towns. Its location on the coast also made it easy for day trips north and south. The condo itself is very well stocked with everything you could want or need. The futon in the living room was very comfortable and, best of all, you can hear the ocean at night if you are sleeping in the bedroom! We loved staying at the Sea Gypsy! We will definitely keep it in mind the next time we travel to the Oregon Coast!
