JUNE, JULY, AUGUST only. $115 a night, 5 night minimum at this rate, 2 guests.BEST OCEANFRONT VALUE with more spacious interior and kitchen. Remodeled in Spring 2011 everything is high quality, and upgraded with air conditioning, granite & stainless appliances. Maalaea's Largest heated pool is oceanfront as are the quality gas BBQ,s with outdoor seating. A charcoal BBQ is also oceanfront. Free Assigned parking, activity brochures on site, elevator and laundry facilities on same floor. Beach chairs, towels & cooler in condo.
One of the best locations in this condominium complex for maximum views & convenience. Queen bed in bedroom & queen sofa sleeper in living room. Fully equipped kitchen, pool towels, flat screen TV, Blueray, phone ( local calls only) ceiling fans & split AC. Comfortable, relaxing and convenient location. Hear the ocean & enjoy all that Maui has to offer.

Our stay at Maalaea Kai made our rerturn to Maui most pleasurable. This location is centrally located giving easy access to all the islands amazing wonders. We are already plotting our next visit with our last cup of coffee & papaya. We bid farewell to Maui & our comfortable home of two weeks.

Thank you so much for the use of your amazing & beautiful condo. It was a fabulous base to explore other parts of the island. The condo has all the extras required to make our vacation extra special.

This condo is exactly as pictured in the listing. Everything was clean and neat. The view is just wonderful. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short because of a death in our family. We hope to be able to go back sometime soon. Deb (the owner) was very responsive to questions and very helpful.

This is a wonderful place! The location is perfect for access to many, many beautiful beaches as well as excellent shopping without actually LIVING with all the crowds and traffic. The whales were in migration, so I enjoyed simply watching them from the lanai (the view is breathtaking!). I also thoroughly enjoyed drinking my morning coffee while watching the sea turtles frolic right along the property's sea wall. The condo is perfectly appointed, clean, light, airy and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. I had a slight problem with the WiFi when I first arrived but the owners were immediately responsive and all was taken care of. I would recommend this place to any single traveler or couple, and hope to be back in the future.

WOW! We have enjoyed our stay in your little slice of paradise. Everything was wonderful. Your vacation home is beautiful & became our home while we were here. The gorgeous view gretted us every morning as we sipped coffee on the lanai. We will be back!

Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful condo. This was our first trip to Maui & won't be our last. We especially enjoyed the lanai & beautiful views. We toured around the island & enjoyed the beaches & great restaurants. We would love to return next year.
