Condo was in an excellent location. Near everything we desired in Scottsdale. We especially enjoyed the walking paths along the greenbelt. Condo was clean and stocked with literally everything except food. Our only disappointment was that the clothes dryer did not work. Since we stayed for 2 full months this was quite important to us. However, we made use of the laundromat which was just a walk down the sidewalk.

Owner's Response: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We tried resolving the dryer situation which first involved calling in and paying for an electrician to see if there was a problem with the electrical set up. He notified us that there was water in the dryer exhaust. We contacted the HOA for the condo association and they had a maintenance person check the roof and found a dryer exhaust cover problem that was causing water to leak into it. Unfortunately, the shelving in the bathroom, the bathroom door and the dryer have be removed to be able to remove the standing water and fix the problem behind the dryer. We are headed down from Alaska the end of this month to take care of it. We apologize for the inconvenience this situation caused you and hope to have it taken care very soon. Thank you for letting us know.

Thanksgiving Stay
Wow...I have to tell you, we really enjoyed staying at this condo. The location was perfect but more importantly, all the little "extras" and "attention to detail" within the condo were amazing and appreciated. We have stayed in numerous furnished properties but none of them compared to the comfort we felt at this one. Also, the security deposit was refunded quickly--within a couple of days after our stay. We sincerely hope that we have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Affordable, Comfortable & Convenient
Our first trip to Arizona was lovely and relaxing. The condo complex is located in a semi-residential area and close to freeway connections. It was equipped with modern appliances and many extra amenities in the kitchen (spices, bottled water) - as well as many toiletries available for use in the bathroom. The elevated king bed is the memory foam style -- although my husband liked it, I found it a bit soft for my stiff back. The weather in early October was spectacular -- hot during the day (32c) and warm at night (22+c) -- Rarely had to put on a sweater or jacket for going outside. The high enclosures around both patios gave privacy and shade. Some nights they have 'glow-ball' golfing --- quite interesting to see (well, sort of.....). We also spent 2 afternoons hanging around the pool to cool off before supper. For our one week stay we visited the zoo, botanical gardens, Heard Museum, Old Town Scottsdale and Biosphere2 (a 2 hr drive south). A great get-a-way with a well-equipped condo -- we felt safe and enjoyed our first trip to the area.

Great Experience
Condo was exceptionally well setup - exceeded my expectations. Owners were very accommodating with some additional requirements I had while there. I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Phoenix.

Great Condo
We had a great stay in this condo - it is clean, recently redecorated and very well stocked. The location is great - near Old Town Scottsdale and highway 101, with a beautiful view of the sunset over a golf course. The condo complex - Sunscape - is well maintained with good facilities - e.g.pools and exercise room. Would stay here again.

We had a great relaxing vacation in your condo. Thrilled to be your first guests. The location of the unit in the complex is perfect. Wonderful view of the golf course and of course Camelback Mt at sunset. The location is within walking distance of anything you wish to do. The trails across the golf course go forever and are most enjoyable. The amenities in the complex are great. The unit is very well equipped with everything one would need.
