This was our second time to Hawaii and we needed something better then a hotel. Well, this place has it all. The free parking is awesome. We never had troubles finding a place to park. Free Wi-Fi!! It was nice not to have to use our International data plans for the whole trip. I was so impressed with the whole place. This place is close to the beach and all the tourist shopping you could want. I would suggest if you have a rental car to go to Safeway (5 minute drive). Groceries in Waikiki are crazy expensive!! Kamakani was very helpful when I was trying to get flights and mailed us a key because our flight was going to come in late. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat. So nice to relax on our vacation here!!

Located on the 41st floor with amazing views of Waikiki and Diamond Head, this renovated unit is clean, well maintained and has everything you need from a boogie board to beach chairs and fresh towels! Location was perfect as it is only 2 blocks away from the center of Waikiki with all the restaurants, shops, bars and beaches! The huge lanai, free wi-fi and parking, convenient store as well as pool and spa on the 6th floor makes this unit the perfect place to stay in Oahu. Surfing and food in Waikiki was amazing (Marukame Udon is a must!) and we loved the Aloha festival with local music and food. Mahalo Kama, we will definitely stay again and recommend your unit to all our friends :-) !!!

We loved our stay here at the Island Colony. We found it to be perfectly central, walking distance to all shopping, restaurants and most importantly Waikiki Beach. This bachelor suite was clean and had everything we needed; queen size bed, small kitchenette with a cooktop, full 3 piece bathroom, and a great view of both Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the lanai. We had rented a car, but even if you don't you could easily take public transit through Waikiki/ Honolulu. A few delicious restaurants worth visiting: Ono Hawaiian Food (amazing traditional Hawaiian food), Eggs and Things, & Marukame Udon. We will definately stay here again, and will recommend it to everyone!

This was my second time staying in this unit, and my experience was just as good, if not better than the first time! Kama is so friendly and genuinely cares about making sure your stay is enjoyable. He even called to check up on us (which I really appreciated)! I honestly can't see myself staying anywhere else when I visit Oahu -- you can't find free parking and internet (AND a great rate) anywhere else in the heart of Waikiki. Mahalo, Kama!!

The condo is exactly like its shown on the pictures.....very cozy and the view from the 41st floor is absolutely amazing =) The exterior of the hotel (Island Colony) is quite dated, but Kama did a great job renovating the interior of the condo...adding the Hawaiian touch to it! My boyfriend and I are so pleased with how clean and new the condo is....! As well, the location of the condo is excellent...walkable distance to the main strip and the beach...it is also right next to our favorite noodle place "Marukame Udon"...we discovered it on our way to the beach..please go try it out...their udons are sooo yummy, authentic and affordable..great for budget travelers like us ....there is always a line up by noon...so go early!

Kama was a great help...(he delivered the keys to us at the hotel entrance)...Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful condo with us =)...We will definitely stay again and recommend this to our frds!! In luv with Wakiki!

The title really says it all, and I truly cannot say enough about this rental but I will try. First off the owners. What a class act. Great, swift communication and really willing to bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. As for the property itself. WOW! I was only there for three nights but could easily have spent the entire vacation there. The pictures do not do the view justice and I fully believe this is the best view in Waikiki, and you don't even have to spend an absorbitant amount to enjoy it. On top of that, it was clean and quiet with an insanely huge lanai. The parking was included in the price, with easy in and out privileges. Next time I'm in Waikiki I'll be staying here again. I have visited Oahu four times, and this was by far my favourite stay. The unit is clean and welcoming. The building is perfectly located, and the view from the balcony is magnificent. Meeting Kamakani was a true highlight of our stay. He is a gracious and accomodating man who made us feel truly at home with his genuine sense of aloha. The listing and photographs of the property are completely accurate. The views are breathtaking and exactly what you see in the photographs. The property is clean, well maintained and very quite. Kama was amazing, very responsive and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach and is in the perfect location. Without hesitation, I would recommend this property. It was beyond what I expected.
