We had such a great vacation staying at this house. The location was a huge plus and the gated community gave us a sense of safety. We were within walking distance of everything (major shopping, eating, partying, beach, groceries, activities, etc.) which really helped us since we brought several teenagers with us and they only had one car car. They were able to walk most places while my husband and I were able to do our own sightseeing and tours. If there are any problems at all you can count on Jordan and Andrea to take care of it immediately! We were made to feel that our comfort and satisfaction were priority. We plan on staying again and bringing family with us next year. We had a wonderful experience here and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so very much Jordan and Andrea!!!

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Pet friendly, which is one of the reasons that we chose this rental. Convenient to many things, including a short walk to the beach.
Great views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.
The agent that handled the rental was very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Since I was there for a month, that was very important.
Lots of steps might be a challenge for the very young and physically impaired.
This gated community is truly gorgeous!!!

Ocean view wasnt that great but the house overall was awesome! Next time well get a house overlooking the pool! Neighborhood was close to everything you needed overall a great place to stay with a big family will come back, hopefully soooner then later!

My husband, myself and 6 adult children spent a week at this beautiful villa in July. The villa itself was amazing, but we were disappointed in the cleanliness & some maintenance issues when we arrived. Since we paid an exit cleaning fee we expected the villa would be clean upon our arrival. Not the case as the villa was in bad need of a serious deep cleaning. There was alot of dust, which was probably due in part to the fully blocked a/c filters, as well as trash left behind from previous renters under beds, in window sills & behind dressers. The gas grill on the second level deck was so dirty it had to be cleaned before we would cook on it. I don't know what the homeowner is paying for a cleaning service but it doesn't appear they are getting their money's worth. Over half of the light bulbs in the villa were burnt out when we arrived & we could only find two extra bulbs on the premises. The lower entry level was the worst with the hallway being completely dark. Despite our initial disappointment, we decided to not let it ruin our week and enjoy this beautiful villa. Upon entry into the main level there are two king bedrooms sharing a walkout patio, full bath & laundry room. There is a nice kitchen/ living area, half bath & a good sized deck on the second level. The third level has a large master king bedroom and bath with nice sized deck, as well as an additional king bedroom. I should also mention that although an attached garage is shown on the website, you do not have use of it as the owners use it for storage. This villa has a perfect layout for a family with plenty of areas to hang out & play games. The villa is within very close proximity to the beach and the pool area which is very tropical & lovely. Overall we had a nice stay, but probably wouldn't return. We have stayed in several Homeaway properties & until now, have had very positive experiences. I wish that I could give a better review, because I know the reviews on the homeowners website always helps me decide on a rental. This home only had 3 reviews but I let my kids decide which home we stayed in this vacation. It always disappoints me when I stay in a beautiful home & what prevents me from being able to give it an excellent review is cleanliness & maintenance issues. Such minor things if addressed would make it a 5 star rating.

We had a great time at this location. Conventient to the beach, eating and stores. Owners needs to add items to the kitchen. A little slack on items you need. Overall no complaints and I would recommend this rental.

The property was very clean and the location great with easy access to the beach areas, outlet mall, grocery store within walking distance. Great access to the boardwalks for exercising every morning.
The property managers were very nice to deal with as there were some items that needed addressing during our stay and they even arranged for an additional discount for our inconvience.
Would use them again.
