Graduation place for the family

We needed a place to stay that was close to WSU for our daughters graduation that would accommodate 7 adults. We rented Spokane Riverbend townhouse a year in advance and the owners were very accommodating. The price was fantastic price and they keep it for us with an update to make sure we were still coming in December. It turned out that we had 7 adults, a new baby and 2 dogs. We had plenty of room and the sleeping arrangements worked out very well for all of us. I was excited to see that the upstairs bathroom was not part of a master bedroom so that worked for us and great grandmother. I was also excited to see that the upstairs bedrooms were really on the main floor so no stairs for the our mom. The downstairs bedroom was great for the kids, dogs and baby. The ones with the baby had the bedroom and the other 2 had the big room. We took an air mattress and had plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs bedroom had plenty of room for all the baby playpen and all of the baby stuff. The kitchen was well supplied and was easy to fix meals in. We had enough room around the table and places to sit. It is really easy to get to downtown to go all the places we wanted to. We were also close to the airport which was handy since we picked up people at different times and days. We enjoyed the trails, biking and golf that was very close to the townhouse. We even got to see the Blomsday race from the deck. We would definitely stay here again if we ever need a place in Spokane.

Perfect for family or romantic getway!

My husband and I stayed at the townhouse for 3 nights while visiting family in Idaho and plan to try to stay there every time from now on! We had our two dogs with us and the owner was so accommodating...even left a couple chew sticks for our dogs! The property has a beautiful front yard. The place was very clean and very nice and very quiet.
The photos don't do it justice -- I thought it was going to be nice, but it was even better than I was expecting. The bedrooms were bigger than I thought they would be. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed and more.
It is only about 5 minutes off the freeway and close to downtown Spokane. Definitely recommend going to Peaceful Valley park which is near the place too -- it's along the river and has lots of trails for walking and hiking.
I can not recommend this property highly enough! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent Stay!!!

Our family of 4(2 Adults, 2 Children) stayed in the unit which had a beautiful view of the valley. In the mornings we would enjoy our coffee sitting on the patio while listening to the sounds of nature. My wife and I would also go for our morning run nearby in the park. This unit is located in a very wooded residential area and is very peaceful and away from the busy downtown, but yet close to it if you drive there. My kids really enjoyed the foosball table downstairs and also the tree swing outside in front....After having a long day shopping, sightseeing or other activities, it was so nice to come back to a cozy home and making a home cooked meal. The kitchen has everything you need. There are grocery stores a 10-15 min drive in either direction, plus restaurants, fastfood places, etc...The owners are very helpful and address any questions you have right away, which we never had any problems.
As previous comments from others, the unit has LOTS of room and very comfortable. The unit has the normal wear and tear from others who have stayed before not being careful, but it is very clean and so comfortable. If you are looking for a nice comfortable place to stay in Spokane, I would definately recommend staying here... My family and I cant wait to come again

Bridal and baby showers

We rented both sides of this rental to have a bridal shower in one side and a baby shower in the other side. It worked out beautifully and there was plenty of space for 15-20 women at each shower. Its in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and the three bedrooms in each unit were very comfortable. I would rent this unit again and Kara was so helpful and flexible in meeting my specific requests and needs.

Cozy and Accommodating, great quick stay

Owner was gracious and extremely friendly to our odd situation: 3 moms, 7 kids on a road trip!
She was also accessible for all of our questions like 'how do we fix the TV when our kids have pushed the wrong buttons?!'
Beds were very comfortable, amenities very clean and amount of space just right - with a view too!
We were able to pull our cars right up to the door, which helped a lot for the quick load & unload. (Also a quick on/off the highway and access to conveniences in the neighborhood.)
In the morning our kids enjoyed playing in the lovingly cared for patio garden & swing outside.

I stayed at this condo while in Spokane for business. The property is clean, nicely furnished and conveniently located. The owner is responsive and a pleasure to work with on arrangements. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when in the Spokane area.

MADE HISTORY - GOOD TIMES AT THIS SPOKANE TOWNHOUSE

Location amazing. It's not IN the city, but literally within the edge making it easy to get anywhere including the highway. Our 10 year old freaked out at the sight of a Fooz-Ball Table. Well kept, clean, comfortable, and yes... two fire places! 3 bedrooms made it roomy. Pricing for an average descent hotel costs you the same as a night at this place, and if you get a week, it's better. Oh, and it's the little things, like the lazy susan in the middle of the kitchen table. I don't write a lot of reviews but I am an extremely busy business man and travel is going to be a huge part of my life over the next 5 years, along with hangin out with my awesome 10 years old and beautiful Redhead. So, Spokane will be in our near future, and so will this place. Hot water lasted forever by the way. Great view, safe, and we must of made a ton of awesome huge meals. Anyway, I could go on, but you get the picture. PS: Coffee machine rocks. Good Luck Out There Folks.

Great View and All the Comforts of Home

We stayed for a week during the holidays. The view was spectacular and the fireplace a nice treat! We lived in Spokane for over 10 years and enjoyed the convenience to downtown and the airport during our visit to see family. The owners were reliable, helpful, and responsive. We plan to rent again!

Love this place I can take my dog right out the front door for a walk or down to the dog park minutes away.
3 bdrm with a rec room, can't go wrong.
Owners are great people and will make sure your trip is comfortable for you.
The price is a great value.
