2BR/3BA Delightful conch cottage on quiet lane in heart of Old Town

This precious 2 bedroom cottage with its coral front door will charm you from the moment you walk in the front gate. The front porch is private, for some quiet time reading a book. Inside, you'll see that 'Puerta Coralina' reflects the simpler side of tropical living but with some useful updates.

THE LIVING AREA...

The living room is furnished with old-fashioned, comfortable wicker furniture, but also has a modern large flat screen 'Smart' TV. The sofa folds out to a queen bed for extra guests, and there is a full bathroom on the main level. The open plan and high ceilings provide a sense of airiness. The kitchen is simple, but has everything you'll need to prepare a great meal. There's a pass-through window from the kitchen to the back deck, which has its own dining set and is like a little world all its own.

THE 'ENDLESS SWIM' POOL...

The back deck has a plunge pool with waterfall that is the perfect destination after a long day of shopping in Old Town. If you want to swim some laps, just turn on the 'Endless Swim' feature, and you'll be swimming in place as long as you want. It's a very private setting, so you won't be disturbed while soaking (or swimming) your cares away. There's even an outdoor shower.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, overhead fan and flat screen TV. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a roomy shower. The rear bedroom features a spacious deck with chaises and a table and chairs. Very private, with plenty of sun.

THE AMENITIES...

Central Heat and AC, Pool with 'Endless Swim' and Waterfall, On-street parking readily available, Washer/Dryer, 50' Flat Screen TV in living room, 26' Flat Screen TV's in bedrooms, Cable TV throughout, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Full Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Daily or weekly housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the property. This property will accommodate up to 6 adults.

One of Our Best Vacations Ever!

We have never rented a vacation home before via the Internet and have never been to Key West. We fell in love with this home online and rented it. It was more than we expected as was the servicewe received.
We loved that the home is not overly remodeled- that it contains much of it's original charm. The property was clean, spacious and well maintained. It is situated on a quiet street that is a real neighborhood in the old town area of Key West. It is within walking and biking distance to everything. The property is enclosed w/ a fence,which was great for privacy and allowed us to hang out with our dog. The backyard pool and outdoor shower were nice amenities. The house felt like home.
Shel, the guest services coordinator, provided us with some excellent recommendations re: restaurants, shops etc. We would rent this home again and recommend it to friends who want a charming Key West home.

Loved Key West and the whole experience was superbly enabled by Last Key Realty. We were treated so professionally and courtiously by Last Key that I will always seek their assistance when vacationing / relocating to Key West. The company I work for is in the high-end hospitaliy business (corporate jets), so we have high service delivery standards for our customers.The personal concierge they assigned to us as a matter of course met the high standards we hold ourselves to for our high-net-worth individual customers. From our initial inquiry, thru contracting, thru detailed arrangements on accomodations and activities and even after the stay,Last Key Realty surpassed our expectations. Shortly after departure, we realized we left some personal belongiongs at the cottage but were already at Miami Airport; one call to our personal concierge, Shel, was all it took to assure that our stuff was packaged up and delivered to our home in a matter of days. Thanks, Last Key Realty and Shel for the great service and a great vacation.

A charming house and a great stay

Five of us stayed at Peurto Coralina for a week in spring 2013.

The house is a charming little conch house and is a really nice size for 2 couples +/- 1 or 2 small children. The backyard is nicely laid out and the pool refreshing, if small.

The location is terrific - far enough out of town to be quiet and still able to get a park near to your house, but close enough to be within a comfortable 10-15 minute walk down to Duval Street and all it has to offer.

Finally the service provided by Last Key Realty was exceptional and Shel was terrifically helpful.

We'll be back!

Great Cottage in Old Town

This was a perfect cottage for our Key West vacation. The description of the property in the listing was spot on and we couldn't have asked for more. Shel, the guest services manager met us at the cottage at check in to go over the property with us and answer any questions we had. This is great as I compare it to the property we are staying at during the second week of our vacation on Big Pine Key, no one met us, called us, or has checked in on us. It would have been nice to have someone stop in to go over a few of things. That was not a concern with this rental in Key West. Shel was great in making sure we were all set and knew how to contact him with any further questions, needs, or recommendations. The property was clean and generally well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property. This was our third stay in Key West and this was the best place we have rented. The things we enjoy doing are going out with Danger Charters, taking a private charter with Capt. Tommy of Take Me There Charters, dogs welcome. We also enjoyed Prana Spa. Sara Beth's for breakfast is a favorite as is Azur for breakfast and dinner. Blue Heaven is always fun. Mojito's at the White Tarpon and our new find, pork tacos at the tequilla bar underneath the Roof Top Cafe on Front street. Also I would highly recommend stopping in to Green World Gallery on Duval and saying hello to Koz, tell him Jennifer and Jason from New Hampshire sent you. Great guy and I love his work. I have bought 5 pieces from him over the last two years. But even if you don't like his art or want to buy any he's a lot of fun to talk to.

Perfect for 2 couples!

Most places that I checked to stay in Key West, had one master suite and then the other couple would have had to stay in a room with no bathroom. This works very well for 2 couples-even beds and baths. One bedroom does have a deck and one doesn't, but that is the only difference. The house was painted nice colors and everything was kept up very nicely. It had little notes about some of the historic things in the house. Two couples stayed here very comfortably for a week. We cooked in a lot and everything was provided. We had a very nice time in the neighborhood, also. Great neighbors and friendly people. Sheldon did an awesome job--he is the perfect person to manage properties--very friendly and helpful. The only thing a bit disappointing was the pool. It is pretty small and one of the pictures makes it look much larger. The lap pool part did not work-- but we didn't really care about that. Also- beware that you must pay extra if you want the pool heated. I would go here again!

Perfect location - walking distance to everything you will want to see. Fabulous garden pool and very comfortable rooms. Quiet neighborhood and had no trouble finding parking. Would definitely stay here again. The Last Key folks helped us get this reservation minutes before we departed and helped again with other needs after we arrived. Great team!

Great house and perfect location to have access to everything nearby, Plus you can park just in front for free..
The only suprise was that the house looks much bigger on photo that actually is!
Nevertheless it is clean and fun for a few days down at the keys.

My friends & I had a simply wonderful time down in Key West for Fantasy Fest partially due to our choice in rental home and the property manager, Shel!! The rental property at 901 Grinnell is a classic Key West home, adorably appointed and in a great location. It was just a short walk to quaint local restaurants/cafes and only several blocks from all the famous fun of Duval Street. The house itself was perfect size for our party of four. We especially appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms and the additional full bathroom downstairs. The pool was small, yet beautifully done and practical. It was nice to have a patio (with grill) as well as an upstairs sunning deck. Also, Shel, the property manager, was a true delight! When he met us at check in, he was so sweet and full of suggestions on local restaurants, stores, etc. I would undoubtedly recommend the rental property at 901 Grinnell!

Perfect place to stay in Key West. Short walk down to Duval Street (bars & restaurants). The house was very clean and nice. Two big bedrooms (with bathrooms) and an open living room area. The backyard is small but private and perfect for an intimate group. The soaker pool is very welcomed. The owner was one of the best features. He was waiting at the house to show us around and even left a list of recommended places to eat/activities. Very helpful.
