This condo is very clean and the owner is very pleasant to do business with. My girlfriend and I stayed for a 5-day relaxed golfing vacation and this was exactly the place we were looking for.
The all-inclusive stay and play resorts that we have tried in the past were getting a little run-down so we decided to book this condo and then make our tee times on our own (through TeeUpTomorrow in the lobby at Martins).
The quarters would have been a bit cramped for more than a couple prehaps with some small kids, but for us it was perfect.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo. When we opened the door it was like walking into an oasis. Room exactly as described. Very, very clean. Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Beautiful view looking directly onto the ocean. Loved the fact the we didn't have to check in and the keyless entry.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay at this lovely condo and our first visit to Myrtle Beach. The decor is bright and cheerful, and the unit has been outfitted with wonderful and efficient conveniences. All the comforts of home, with many vacation perks. (We especially appreciated the owner's flexibility in accommodating a midweek arrival and departure.) The unit is very clean and well-kept, the view is spectacular, and the resort itself is very nice -- we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, Mango's restaurant, and prime beach location that is so close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We rented a car, but decided we could easily stay here without that. We would not hesitate to come back. Thank you, Linda.

Went to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament, and chose the Sand Dunes with the team. Felt like I hit the jackpot with this condo! Have to admit I am a very picky person, and this unit was perfect!
It was CLEAN, light,airy,open, and beautiful ocean view! Had all the ammenities of home. The kitchen area was loaded with everything you need down to the creamer and sugar for the Keurig coffee maker. All cleaning supplies were also stocked(no maid service) including windex, clorox wipes,paper towel, electric broom(wood laminate floors were awesome) easy to get rid of the sand that you can't help but track in from the beach.
Loved the keypad entry, never had to worry about losing a key/card.
Linda was a pleasure to work with, and spent quite a lot of time answering all my questions(remember, I said I was picky!)
She really put alot of time and love into this condo, and didn't miss a thing!
I would definitely recommend this condo to others, you won't be disappointed!

Simply Amazing!

The unit was Super clean, Super comfy, Super cute and in a Super location. It had all the amenities we needed/wanted and more! Linda was extremely helpful and nice. The view was great (dolphins!, ocean waves crashing on the beach). The resort was clean and nice also with an indoor pool and 2 hot tubs, 2 outdoor pools and an optional outdoor water park. My girls (6 and 8) spent hours collecting shells on the shore, playing in the waves, digging in the sand, swimming in the pools. It was a perfect and relaxing stay. I have nothing but great things to say. It was hard to leave. My family would LOVE to come back some day.

This was a great condo to stay in! The owner was pleasant, professional and efficient. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. It had just about everything you need to make our stay enjoyable. The view was absolutely spectacular! After being at the resort for several days, it was clear that our homework had paid off and I was glad we chose this condo. I don't think we would have been as pleased if we had stayed at a condo owned and operated by the resort. If you're looking for a clean and well stocked condo with a great view, this is the one!

What a wonderful time!

My boyfriend and I took one last trip before he was deployed and decided it was going to be myrtle beach! We had a wonderful time. I don't know where to even begin! The view was absolutely amazing, it's up just enough to where it is very quiet and peaceful, but could look right out to the ocean and see the sun rise or the sunset! The colors of the room were very beachy, and made you feel so comfortable just like you were right at home. Very rarely had to leave, with a wonderful resturant downstairs (mangos), convienant store downstairs and anything else you needed within walking distance! It was absolutely perfect. I could not of been happier with my selection and the amazing help we received from Linda. This was a trip that will always be remembered and will be returned to with future visits to Myrtle beach! Thanks for such an enjoyable stay!

Even better than expected!

This beautiful condo is even better than described. I arrived to a spotlessly clean and bright condo with all the comforts of a 5-star hotel room. It had everything you could need for a stay at the beach -- beach chairs, umbrella for outside, a fully-stocked kitchen with a variety of k-cups for the coffee maker, creamer, sugar, etc., even cleaning supplies for the kitchen area. The furnishings were high quality and comfortable, the beds are luxury, the linens are perfect, the towels are plush and soft. It's very obvious that the owner, Linda, who was also extremely helpful during booking, really cares about her properties.
The condo is located in Sand Dunes resort. You could reserve another unit directly through the resort's front desk, but having traveled with a large group during my visit to Myrtle Beach, I saw some of the other units at the resort. They weren't bad, but they were typical hotel properties furnished with stock (cheap) hotel furnishings. Linda's condos are the exact opposite.
As for Sand Dunes as a resort - I had read some questionable reviews, but found it to be nice. It's kept clean and had a lovely outdoor pool area with plenty of spots to eat from casual to fine dining. The resort was very crowded during spring break with lots of sports teams participating in area tournaments, but another benefit of renting directly from Linda is you get to by-pass the resort check-in process and go directly to the unit. I would recommend the resort only if you can rent a condo directly from an individual owner like Linda. That way you know exactly what you're getting.
Bottom line - I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled with this condo - and the ocean front view was the icing on the cake!

I read so many positive reviews about this condo that I rented with confidence! Plus after emailing and speaking with the owner, Linda, I was doubly sure this was the place to stay in Myrtle. Beautiful, spotless room, amazing beach view and very comfortable. I highly recommend this condo rental!!!

I had been to M.B. once 10 yrs ago and wanted to go back. I could not remember where I had stayed before, so I started researching places to stay. I finally decided to stay here after reading good reviews. I'm glad I did. The condo is just as the pictures show. Very clean with up-to-date furnishings & well taken care of. It's color scheme with bright colors has that beachy/islandy feel. Owner is great-very easy to work with and there to answer questions. Price was great for what you get. Location was perfect-central to most things. View was very nice-we took lots of pictures of sunsets every morning from the balcony, and also saw dolphins from the balcony several times. A wedding took place at the hotel the dy we arrived, which we also watched from the balcony. Being an end unit was great also-very little noise from other people or parts of the hotel. Laundry facility was convenient. We packed lighter than usual and walked down the hall to do a load once in the middle of the week while at the beach. We did not even have to go to the lobby for anything all week. We used the keyless entry which was awesome...no keys to carry. Linda provided coffee/coffee maker so we got up and made our coffee and sat on the balcony each morning and enjoyed the view-perfect for a vacation. Owners include beach chairs, beach toys, reading material (books & magazines, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc. all for you to use as little "extras"...very nice addition to this condo and makes it feel homey. We really liked this condo and had a great experience here. The hotel itself is nice as well. The pools, bar, snack shop were fine. Would not recommend the breakfast at the adjacent hotel next door though-food & service left a lot to be desired. However, there are tons of places to choose from in MB. This location allowed us to walk to Starbucks as well. We did see the Pirate Voyage which was very good. (we even participated in the show on my birthday!) There is so much to do in MB-shopping & dining at Broadway at the Beach and Barefood Landing is a must. We also traveled to Murrell's Inlet after reading about the good seafood there. Neat place!! Cute/quaint walkway along the water with restaurants etc. Excellent food at Bovine's. We did not have kids along on this trip, so can't comment on the kid stuff, but we plan to return with the kids. Can't wait!! M.B. is awesome :) Thanks Linda for sharing your great condo!
