My husband, son and I all had colds when we left home for our time at Sea Woods, and within a couple of days there, we were feeling fine. The pictures don't do this condo justice! I don't know how to represent it other than to say that everything was really NICE, down to the details. The kitchen is well-equipped, including tupperware, good knives and even a muffin tin, which I used! There is pretty lighting throughout. A well-situated screen-in veranda, perfect for enjoying a candle-lit dinner with the new furniture. It's view is the pool, which is heated in the cooler months. We were able to put our baby down for a nap and hang out by the pool using a moniter. Everything was clean. The owners have definitely put a lot of thought and care into making the rental experience a pleasant and care-free time for the renters.
There are two parks that are amazing if you are into the undeveloped beach experience, both within 10 minutes of the condo: New Smyrna Dunes Park was our favorite but Canaveral National Seashore (to the south) was beautiful too. Just make sure you take plenty of mosquito repellent for that one. The condo is on the no-drive zone of New Smyrna, which after seeing the rest of the beach was definitely my preference. It's a very peaceful, quiet area and surprising at how close conveniences (like the Food Lion) are. One of our favorite restaurant discoveries was J.B.'s Fish Camp, a sea food "dive" right on the inter-coastal waterway. The best hush puppies! I would certainly recommend this condo!
