Alyeska Adventures, nestled in the heart of the Chugach Mountains, is situated on the corner of Cortina Road and Alpine Meadows Avenue in Girdwood, Alaska, between the town center and Alyeska Resort just a 6 minute walk to ski lifts or post office, local restaurants and shopping.
Beautiful mountain views from all guest rooms. Alyeska Adventures is the perfect venue to catch up on some R&R after a long and exciting day in the Last Frontier, or the property can be rented as a meeting or event space. Longer leases or partial rental available.
All together the building has 5 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, a huge deck and a lawn, etc.!!! Imagine the possibilities!! In some cases cleaning fees apply.

Alaska Trip!
My family and I stayed at this house in July. WOW! It's amazing. The house it self is beautiful, and there are some fantastic views as well. Mark and Shoman are wonderful to work with. We had the trip of a lifetime, and this house was a great part of it. It's super convenient to the mountains and the highway, and also nice and quiet. This house has everything you will need for a wonderful time. We would love to come back some time.

One of the people at our glacier dog-sledding trip had heard about your place and asked me how we liked it and I gave it a top rating. Wonderful Host, Great Location
My extended family and I spent part of our time at this house in Girdwood during our recent Alaska vacation. Mark and Shoman were wonderful hosts during our stay. This house was spacious for our family of 9 with ample room to spare. The location was great as it was centrally located for many day trips including Anchorage, Seward, Portage Glacier and Whittier. The picturisque Alyeska Ski resort as well as the Seward Highway are minutes away from this home as well. Mark and Shoman have taken a lot of effort to immaculately decorate the house in an Asian theme. The traditional wooden Japanese tub, Steam bath and various curios around the house added to the wonderful experience. While Girdwood has a functioning town center, our host rightfully recommended that we stock up our groceries in Anchorage. I would definitely come back here for our next Alaska trip. In the meantime, Mark and Shoman are welcome to our home in Texas as well.

We have rented the lodge and both adjacent apartments for a small wedding for three days. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked, delicious variety of teas for guests use, steam shower and traditional wooden Japanese bath tub was a great way to relax after the wedding. Owners were very accommodating, friendly and accessible by phone during our stay there. We have all had great times, this house worth every penny!

Beautiful Mountain Views and Clean!
Was very happy with my family's recent stay. The mountain views were intoxicating with beautiful scenery from every window and it was exceptionally clean and well maintained!!! Enjoyed all the exceptional ammenities from the Japanese wood tub to the steam shower. Would definitely stay again.

The most welcoming and charming accomodation ever!
We had around 10 days at Alaska Adventure guest house. We took the Asian Motif unit.
Mark and Shoman are great people! Very friendly, helpful, fexible and whatever you can tell!!!
- pick up at airport, shopping, good information... thanks!
- huge apartment! We were 5 people, but you can fit there up to 7 people!
- very well equiped! No need to teke anything with you!
- one of the best athmospere!
- good location! Ski lift, village center, post office, shops are in walking distance!
- Mark has all the information and talent to organise any kind of activity for you!
- steam cabin rule'z!
- very clean and quite!
- compare with others the price is ok
- photos are realistic

Beautiful House!
Beautifully decorated, GREAT space for a Student leadership retreat! We had a wonderful stay and the students thought they were very fortunate to have such a “fancy” place to have the retreat. It’s really a very nice space – great job. Thank you so much. We'll be back!

Comfortable, clean, beautiful house!!!
Comfortable bed. Very clean. Showman our hostest was very warm and friendly. she helped us with information on Restaurants closeby. Wish we could have stayed longer. delicious breakfast the next morning. Just and overall feeling of welcome. Good luck on your wedding.
