Our home is part of a small private gated community which is part of The Boulders. It is located on the exquisite South course with a view of the rare and beautiful boulder formations which have helped make The Boulders so popular. The heated private pool and spa off the patio add to your comfort and pleasure. There is also a barbecue on the patio as well as an area for outdoor dining.

This lovely home has an open floor plan and the large windows keep you connected to the outdoors. There are two master bedroom suites, a dining room, an office with internet access and fax capabilities for your convenience, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with lovely serving pieces and dinnerware. The gas fireplace in the living room is wonderful on a cool winter evening in front of the large screen TV. Have a short-term guest? The sleeper couch is perfect. We provide everything for you to make your vacation one that you will want to repeat year after year.

One of the things you will love is your complete sense of privacy yet with the ability to avail yourself of all of the luxuries of the resort whenever you wish. Golf clubs and bicycles are available for your complimentary use.

If you have never been to the Boulders before, prepare yourself for an incredible vacation! You will quickly appreciate why those of us who live here are captivated by its and warmth and beauty. It is a combination of the best of all worlds. The Boulders is world-renowned for its two championship golf courses, tennis courts and tennis programs. There are several restaurants on site that range from casual to five star dining.

The Boulders is beautiful year round, but a little known fact is that the desert is in full bloom from March through May and is absolutely spectacular! In addition to the wild flowers, you would not believe the colors and the flowers that our wonderful cactus display.

Although we are in the midst of the peace and serenity of the desert, great shopping is available nearby. Walking, hiking, and biking are all here for you to enjoy in this beautiful environment.

Beautifully located. Spacious. Excellent cooperation from owners. Very convenient to Towns of Carefree and Cave Creek. Many restaurants and cafes. Close to all amenities for groceries etc.Recommend for anyone who loves the quiet and peace of the desert.

Autumn at The Boulders

For us, new to longer term rental and from outside the US, the owners could not have been more helpful from our first enquiry through to our return home. The house was wonderful - light, airy and clean. Contact numbers and much local information were available and a call from a family member living locally, most welcoming and reassuring. Familiar with the Boulders, the property was in an ideal location, quiet and near to everything we needed. The owner kindly organised pre-paid spa passes at our request and we had bikes available throughout our stay. Nothing like sitting on the garden terrace under that desert sky! Thankyou.

Hard to believe I have been here in your beautiful, peaceful retreat for 6 months! But, even through the HOT Arizona summer, I found the time & inspiration to finish my creative work projects, learn some gof and practice my tennis. And, not to forget the great bicycling around the Boulders (which seemed more like an exploration of a Nature Preserve.) But, most of all . . . the best part was having my own private pool! What a joy to swim every day! THANKS AGAIN!

My family and I have stayed at this property in the past. It is in a picture-perfect location in The Boulders. The property is clean, well maintained, and offers many amenities. We appreciate the fact that the owner is nearby to address any issues or concerns. She is especially knowledgeable about the many activities and restaurants offered in the area.
