1,100 sf condominium with private entrance and 2 decks overlooking Clearwater Lake in Wright County, MN. Full bath, kitchen and open floor plan with fireplace on ground floor. Two bedrooms plus loft sleeping area upstairs.

Sleeping accomodations consist of 3 double beds upstairs and a roll-out sofa downstairs.

condo rental amenities: Outdoor heated pool, overlooking the lake, is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Beach with picnic table, fire rings and swing set.

Boat house, dock space for private boats, fish cleaning shack and a coin operated laundry reside on the Association property.

Located mid-way between the towns of Annandale and Clearwater.

Lake side resteraunts and bait store are accessable via boat or car.

activities and attractions in Saint Cloud Minnesot: Multiple public golf courses available within 10 mile drive.

Clearwater lake offers multiple fishing options for the fishing enthusiast. Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Crappie and Sunfish are abundant and sizable.

The Albertville Outlet Mall offers a shopping destination for those inclned.

Relaxing stay

We were just looking for a place to relax for a day between marathon drives and other vacation activities. This cottage was a great spot. Nice and clean. The pool was remarkably clean considering how much stuff was blowing around during the storm on the night we arrived.
The owner provided us with wood for a fire and charcoal for the barbecue if we needed it (which we didn't). And citronella candles to keep the mosquitoes away at night.
Lots of games available in the cabinet, including a bocce ball set.
We spent the day swimming in the pool & playing bocce.
Owner's Response: John J. and his traveling companions made last minute reservations on very short notice as they were traveling back home to Ontario, Canada. We tried to meet all of their needs as they stopped over for a weekend break from an extensive road trip. In addition to the heated pool, the association property offers a wonderful sandy beach with for swimming, and a playground swing set and climbing tower for enjoyment by kids. For the boaters and fisherman, the 3,000+ acre lake offers ample room for sking, tubing, and great fishing for walleye pike, nothern pike, small mouth bass, rock bass, crappie and sunfish. As the lake is on a river chain that flows into the Mississippi River, it offers a constanly changing lake environment with conection to numerous additional lakes via connecting river chanels.

We originally were booked down the hill but there was an issue with the water level of the lake.
Jim's cabin was available on short notice so it saved the week for us. He was very accommodating, and took the son-in-law and grandson fishing in his boat one day. We would definitely book again.

Clearwater Lake Townhouse

My family had a great stay at Clearwater Lake. Jim K, owner, met us to let us in, explained all features, and was very helpful. This was just the getaway we needed, yet very close (40 minutes) to the Minneapolis suburbs. This made it possible for other family members to drive out to join us without a long trek to northern Minnesota.
Loons everywhere, fishing easy, good food available nearby, barbeque grill just off the patio, pool with slide, beach, etc.
