The 4 of us had a wonderful time in Dingle made especially good by our stay in this house. It was a great location for exploring the town without a car. The house is relatively new with all the 'mod cons' and perfectly clean. We felt so taken care of by our very hospitable and available home owner.
I will feel comfortable recommending this house to our friends.

My family and I, five adults, ages 26 to 76, had a wonderful time staying at Burnham View Townhouse. Breda was responsive, hospitable and very warm. The home was lovely with plenty of room; comfortable, clean and well appointed. We had a great time entertaining other family who stayed nearby as well as curling up at night in front of the fireplace. It is in a great location, close to some very good restaurants and music venues. We recommend it highly and hope to return someday.

While I'm quite tardy in submitting this review, each time I talk about my trip to Ireland (which is frequently), I talk about our time in Dingle, staying at Burnham View. The house was exactly as advertised, neat and clean, warm and charming. Our group of five included only one couple, so the set-up of the house nicely accommodated us with the 4 bedrooms/3 baths. It was convenient to walk into town for shopping and dining. Breda was also charming, and very helpful while setting up our reservation, upon our arrival, and at time of departure. I would highly recommend this house and will hope to have another opportunity to stay there on a future trip to Ireland!

The discription of the house was right on the mark. Great location, great views, easy access to town. Couldn't have asked for a better location and house. All one has to do is park the car and go by foot. Saves on petrol!!!! The house is well furnished, comfortable, charming, everything needed for a memorable and wonderful holiday was provided. If it wasn't for going to the pubs and other attractions in Dingle, I would have enjoyed just staying in with pot of tea and some good books, periodically looking out at the great views. When we return, I am hoping the house is available.

Just got back from a two week trip to Ireland and my three nights in Dingle were some of the highlights. The house was pefect, actually a little too big for my friend and I but we felt spoiled after coming from a one room hotel in Galway. The owner met us at the nearby gas station and we followed her to the house, she was so sweet and even called us on our way to ask if we needed any groceries because of the late arrival time. We didn't take her up on any food but she did suprise us with a nice bottle of wine!
The house was in a great location, walking distance to everywhere in town and all the rooms were so clean. We had everything we needed, I highly recommend staying here.

We spent the week of July 2 at Burnham View House and we had a great time. Breda O'Shea is a wonderful host and picked us up at the bus on Saturday and drove us back the following Saturday. We really appreciated her taking us both ways. We were on the early bus the day we left....715 AM. Breda made leasing the house very easy. Everything was done by Internet and maybe one phone call. The entire week, my wife and I were there. For three nights, we were joined by our family of 4 more adults. We took the BR on the third floor and the family took the BRs on the second floor. The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate a group of 6 adults. We did a fair amount of cooking in the house. There is a great seafood store in town and we bought fresh fish there. We dined out a few times...The Chart House, The Goat Street Cafe, and The Global Village. All were excellent! We thought the house was very conveniently located. Just down Goat Street there is a supermarket. We also shopped at Kennedy's butcher shop and O'Connor's Vegetable stand. They were about midway down Main Street. Plenty of pubs within an easy walk. We frequented McCarthy's on Goat Street. He had free WiFi and good musical performances that week. Our son in law played at Dick Mack's, The Little Bridge, and Curran's pubs while he was there. All in all, we thought Breda's house was very convenient, in a quiet part of town, and offered great comfort. We highly recommend Burnham View House. We also toured (2 times) with Denis Ryan, who owns Dingle Tours and took a harbor trip on the Inglorious Angel. Both trips were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed living in Dingle for a week and town certainly lived up to our expectations.

We rented this property for a week this summer and it was wonderful! The owner was a great host - picked us up at the bus, gave suggestions about tours, and generally welcomed us to Dingle. The house is out of the main tourist strip but within easy walking distance, so it's quiet at night. It was sparkling clean and has all amenities, as advertised. The views from the third-floor bedroom are spectacular. One note: with bedrooms on the second and third floor and a bit of a hill up from town, it might be a challenge for someone with mobility problems and no rental car, but that's probably true of most places in Dingle. We didn't rent a car and it was just fine - there are plenty of hotels and pubs within two or three blocks of the house and tours are quite reasonable.

My husband and I rented Burnham View with 3 other couples and found it to be meticulously clean and well appointed, with plenty of room for 8 people. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and within a 5 minute walk to the center of town and the harbor. Breda, the owner, is wonderful - so very pleasant and helpful. We cooked a number of meals and found the kitchen complete with everything needed to prepare and serve food & there's a grocery store right down the street, as well as many restaurants, pubs and shops all within easy walking distance. The bedrooms are on the upper two levels, apart from the livingroom/kitchen area which gave us all needed space. This place is a real deal and I highly recommend it!
