My husband and I have been vacationing on & off in Cancun since 1985, & this was most definately the nicest condo. we stayed in. It is large, airy, extremely comfortable with awesome ocean views. There are several good (& great) restaurants & numerous shopping malls within walking distance. There is also a convenient little store across the street. Anabel was a most gracious & kind, helpful host. Not only did she make us dinner reservations for our 20th anniversary, but she set us up with her niece who does massages at the condo. Both my husband & I get massages often, & we both felt that this massage was one of the best we ever had! We highly recommend it to those who wish to be pampered at a very reasonable price. We believe this location couldn't be better. Wheather you want to kick back and relax, or if you wish to enjoy the nightlife (which is only a 20 minute or so walk to the discos), this is the place to vacation. Thanks Anabel! This was one of the most memorable vacations my son and I have taken to Cancun. I travel to Cancun/Riviera Maya 6-8 times per year and can honestly say this was one of the best trips ever. Mainly because of where we stayed and who we were with. We went with friends (another mom and two sons) and stayed here in anabel Petersen's condo in Residencial Bridec. We couldn't have had a better location or condo! Anabel is a most gracious proprietor and goes above and beyond to help her guests out. I feel like I have known her for years!!! Her condo is open and comfortable and is in a prime location at Km 11.0 on Blvd Kukulkan. The condo feels welcoming and has that "I belong here" feel to it. Just a few blocks down from La Isla ( the huge modern shopping & entertainment complex), Plaza Flamingo right across the street with restaurants/shops and night life just a short bus ride down the Blvd. you have the best of everything.

The condo itself boasts a wonderful open floor plan with plenty of space to sprawl and not get on top of one another. The bedrooms are comfortable and have their own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped - gas stove/oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, etc., etc. The best thing about this condo are the views - the picture perfect Caribbean Sea greats you as you walk in the condo and look out the windows/sliding glass door. During the Turtle Nesting season you can stand on the balcony in the evenings and see the turtles coming ashore and digging their nests; the conservationists "I call them Turtle-ologists" are at the ready to assist with the removal and re-nesting in the numerous turtle nurseries along the beach. You can watch for the turtles and then go down to the beach to watch the start of an amazing life cycle. If you are fortunate enough and are here when the hatchlings emerge you can even help release the babies back to the Sea.
The beach here is picture perfect. Powdery white sand, varying hues of aqua blue water. If you are looking for a very affordable, nice, clean, comfortable place to stay - Anabel's condo is where you want to stay. If you want luxury because you will stay indoors, then by all means, pay the top dollar elsewhere. For those looking for a "home away from home" this is the condo you want to be at! Again - safe, clean, comfortable with all the amenities you need - did I mention there's a washer and dryer you can use too??? Huge plus especially when you have kids plus sand, sea & pool!

Paradise!!!
This was by far my most memorable vacation in Cancun yet. I have been there before but only stayed in all-Inclusive resorts. I really enjoyed that I had a full kitchen and so much space to relax and get the most out of my stay in Cancun. The condo was right on the gorgeous white sand beach, we literally did not wear shoes the entire time! The weather was amazing and the ocean was superb. Anabel was so nice and accommodating, I feel like I now have friends in Mexico! I will most definitely be a returning customer! Thanks so much anabel!!!

Absolutely Heavenly!
I would absolutely recommend anabels property to anyone, Anabel is a very wonderful person and the staff that works at the condo was so nice and very helpful. Me, my youghest daughter age 13 and my two older daughters ages 23 & 25 came along & brought thier husbands. It is a very nice place, plenty of space, close to everything, I feel like I have somenew friends in Mexico now , I would go back tomorrow & stay forever if I could. That was fun!
I went to cancum with my adult children (18 and 24). The condo is in a nice gated area just steps from the beach. We stayed took a cab out of Cancum two seperate days and everyone was very friendly. The condo is less than 1 mile from most of the malls and bars on the strip, and very only a few feet to La Isla mall and Flamingo Plaza. . It is in a great location. We walked at 3:am for over a mile and never felt unsafe even at night. The cocobongo club (and the main dance club scene) is probably about a mile and a half away and we even walked that a couple times at night.. Busses run constantly and you can get anywhere on the strip for under a dollar. We also took a cab out of town on two days. There is a great market downtown that has authentic mexican food, and it is also a great shopping. It is called market 28
