The living room / dining room has beautiful ceramic tile and is large, bright, airy and beautifully furnished. It features a sofa-bed and two rocking recliners, a TV, VCR and a CD and DVD player. All linens are provided including beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glassware, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, blender, pots and pans, bar stools. There is also an iron and ironing board and a washer and dryer in the unit.

We also have free long distance to anywhere in North America and free high-speed internet access.

Close by for a day trip are Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Salvador Dali Museum, Devil Rays Home Field-Tropicana Field, Historic Ybor City (Arturo Fuento and other fine cigars), and Tampa’s Channel-side District. Or you may also choose to go to the Tampa Performing Arts Center, Ruth Eckerd Hall, or Muhaffey Theater for a play, performance or evening of entertainment. Also, Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 are a short drive to the north.

Swim in the heated pool or sunbathe on the deck, facing the Gulf of Mexico. Have a game of shuffleboard or volley ball. Grill your dinner on the gas barbecue which is located in the picnic area. Or take a walk on the wide, white uncrowded sandy beach. Umbrellas, sand toys and beach chairs are provided.

Just a short walk down the beach or down the street is John’s Pass Village with an old fashioned boardwalk, shops, restaurants, charter fishing, dolphin/shelling boats, parasailing, jet-skiing and more.
