NO BALCONY

Beware - there is NO BALCONY at this condo. Arrived, refused to stay in a place that had no balcony...at the beach....and no balcony!! Luckily, there was another available unit at Edgewater West - not a lot better, but did have a semi-balcony. People should know this or be informed of this prior to booking.
Owner's Response: Edgewater West High Rise has the square footage of the normal balcony extended to be included in the Living Area. There are sliding glass full length windows that open and close to the outside above the swimming pool and Ocean to enable you to smell and feel the Ocean breeze if you like. In this particular unit there is am over sized glass Mermaid table that is perfect to sit and drink coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening and enjoy the happenings of the beach below. I don't feel you will be missing out on a balcony per say. Most everyone enjoys the set up of Edgewater West Highrise. You can enjoy the out side and still have the comfort of being cool in summer and warm in winter. There are plenty of lounge chairs to lounge by the beautiful swimming pool below or lay on the beach.
I don't think anyone should feel deprived.
