Best birthday ever!

My husband and I rented this beautiful home for a long weekend for my birthday and our anniversary, which are a few days apart. It was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed long walks on the beach and fires under the stars at night at the fire pit. The home is beautifully furnished. They did not skimp on a thing. We felt like we were in an upscale Hamptons retreat! Dealing with the owners was really pleasant, too. They were great. The best was taking beach chairs down to the beach with some beverages to sit and watch the waves roll in. We've rented from VRBO before, and this place is truly a gem. It was ultra relaxation. We hope to return again next summer!

Family Celebration of College Graduation

We had a family gathering to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. There were 13 of us meeting in a central location. The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is beautiful. There was nothing that we needed. The amenities were all present. The home was spotless. The beds were all comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The dining area/kitchen features a large table and seating was not a problem with our group. This dining area overlooks Lake Michigan and it such a peaceful, gorgeous view. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. You can sit on the porch or walk right down to the beach. I cannot recommend this property enough. The owner was a pleasure to work with providing all the info we needed for the home and the area. We will rent again in the future. If you rent this property, you will not be disappointed!

Campus Ministry Weekend

We took a group of college campus ministry students to the property for a weekend retreat on leadership development. The hosts were very gracious in giving us detailed information about the property so we could feel at home and making sure all the last minute details were in place. The house is LOVELY. It provided a place where we could cook and eat and sleep together as a large group in a beautiful setting. We had an amazing bonfire and candlelight worship under a full sky of stars, sat on the beach next to the waves for training times and yoga, and had a great trip to the nearby caves at Mirabel. The house had enough space for people to both gather and also find private spaces to retreat and study. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a time set apart with family or friends or groups looking for sacred space for a retreat.

Gorgeous property!

I spent a long weekend with two friends from college and could not have enjoyed the property more. When I turned into the driveway for the first time I think I gasped out loud. The photos are very accurate yet somehow do not do it justice. The property owner was easy to work with and quick in answering questions. I highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!!

What a spectacular home! Highly recommend this property. Came up with 20 high school girls and 6 moms for a pom team get away. Had plenty of room for everyone. The beach was incredible, with beautiful views and plenty of privacy. The home was immaculate and looked like it was out of the pages of Better Homes and Gardens. The pictures do not do it justice. Owner was so easy to work with! Wished we could have stayed longer. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful property!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay, none of us wanted to leave! We are a group of 8 adults and 8 children (18 mos to 15yrs) and the house accomodated us all very well. We had plenty of room for games and playing inside but spent most of the days enjoying the beach and the wonderful yard. At night we had campfires and smores. The night sky was incredible for star gazing! I would absolutely recommend this property. We have stayed in a number of properties and this one was by far the cleanest and best equipped. Thank you Morans for sharing your home with us!

The home was amazing. It was great to finally find a vacation rental that fits our large group of 16. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We spent the week kayaking and enjoying the beach by day and roasting s'mores by the fire at night. The home is great for large multi-generational families. The home is well stocked with activities for everyone. The ping pong table was a hit, we had a tournament one night! Location was good. We were able to take day trips to Green Bay and Door County.

Fantastic property! We had our family vacation at this property and were very pleased. Our group ranged in age from 1yr through 60+ yrs and everyone was very impressed with the property and location. The description and photos were very accurate, not at all missleading. The property was clean and the owner was very available to answer any questions/provide information. I would absolutely recommend this property to friend/relative -- and already have done so. There are many activities/attractions in the area, but we spent our time relaxing and enjoyed Lake Michigan. The one drawback would be the lack of a large, well stocked grocery store nearby for purchasing fresh, high quality produce and meats. We did eventually locate a local butcher and were able to purchase wonderful cuts of meat at great prices; but they only accept cash.
