There are many things to do in Walden on Lake Conroe because there are so many amenities available for your enjoyment. Enjoy swimming at Walden's Yacht Club swimming pool with kiddie pool and cabana, located on the lakefront with a stunning view of the lake.

Enjoy a special dinner at the Yacht Club dining room, a friendly game of tennis at one of the many courts, a few are even covered. Golfing is also available to you for a reasonable fee because the owners of this lakehouse have a golf membership. Sign your children up for one of Walden's summer tennis or golf camps, available by the week. These camps are a great way to start their day before enjoying their water experiences.

The home is furnished with antiques and compliments them with contemporary furnishings and accessories to give you a calming and relaxed feel but also makes you feel a little pampered at the same time. The house is kid friendly with slipcovers on the upholstered furniture.

All bedrooms, except the bunkbed room have beautiful lake views and every bedroom has its own private bath.

The bunk beds are custom built by a professional carpenter, having double beds both upper and lower and are sturdy enough to accommodate adults or children.

Enjoy your favorite 3D movie or 3D Sports Channel from DirecTv on either of the two 55'' Panasonic 3D Plasma Tvs.

There are two entertaining areas. The more luxurious entertaining area has an enormous beautiful kitchen nearby, fully stocked with the appliances and dinnerware you will need for your family and friends and the more casual entertaining area has a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator/freezer, icemaker, microwave, sink and pantry.

The master bedroom has a gorgeous king bed with luxurious linens, a wood burning fireplace, antique heart of pine flooring and has a beautiful view of Lake Conroe's sunset. The master bath has a large hammered copper soaking tub, lined with hammered nickel which will keep your warm bath the preferred temperature much longer than porcelain. The bath is all travertine and has a special dressing area for the lucky lady.

There are plenty of fish to be caught off of the double boat slips and plenty of fun to be had with boating, tubing, skiing or jet skiing with lots of fun in the sun.

There is also plenty of shopping, antiquing, fine and casual dining nearby. Splashtown Waterpark is just 30 minutes away and The Woodlands Marketstreet and Mall are just 20 minutes away.

You can also enjoy a wonderful fall or winter stay at this lake house because it is equipped with 3 wood burning fireplaces for you and your family and friends to gather around.
