This home also has a 100 inch movie screen and surround sound
3 comfy bedrooms and we can make 2 with Kings if needed and the 3rd has a queen plus a twin-- they are all heavenly beds ( so dream)
an owner with a bad back knows the importance of a good nights sleep and theres a spa and a Barbque and an outside living room area to play cards or just relax . Pick the fruit from your trees for breakfast and just enjoy.
Located very close to all the deserts ammenities on a quiet cul de sac .. Walk to shops and Restuarants and less than 5 minutes from the River/Rancho Mirage

restaurants. The location was very close to malls, theatres and grocery stores. The appearance of the
house and property was clean and well maintained. If we had questions the the owner was quick to answer. . We were three adults. We loved the house and would return again, and would highly recommend it. . Of course the pool was great!!!! One of the wonderful restaurants we found was called the Fish Market. Michigan .
