This was our first trip to Bonaire, and staying at the Beachcomber Villas was the best decision we could have made.

THE HOSTS, Tim & Leanne:
- From the first e-mail exchange with Leanne, she was very thorough, and always responded to your e-mails right away.
- They are partnered with both Easy One Car Rental and Dive Friends, which was all booked through them prior to our trip.
- Staying at the Villas was truly like being hosted by your close friends. Tim & Leanne were the most gracious, helpful, friendliest hosts we have ever had.
- They were always there to greet us every time we were on our way out, and when we came back, asking us how our day was, and if they could help with anything. They would always be there to help, getting our dive gear from the truck, even helping us rinse our gear, and storing everything away in the Gear Room.
- Being that they are experienced divers, they were a wealth of information on everything from safety, to dive sites, anything you had a question about, they had answers too.

THE VILLA:
- The owners live on the first floor, and there are 2 units on the 2nd floor. Although we all share the main entry to the Villa, privacy, noise level, etc.. was never an issue.
- The queen size bed was very comfortable, and AC is allowed to be used at night, which you probably wouldn't even need with the breeze you get through the numerous windows.
- We cooked about half of our meals during our stay in the well stocked, huge kitchen that leads out to the patio.
- We always had hot water in the shower, and the kitchen also had hot water when we were washing dishes.
- The size of the patio, and views from the patio are even better than the photos. The 2nd floor patio is shared by the 2 units, but we never found that to be a problem. The first floor patio is right on the water, and Tim & Leanne allow guests to use that as well. You'll often find snorkelers swimming by, and the sunsets are just incredible.

LOCATION:
- The Villas are located in the Hamlet Oasis gated complex, in the area of Hato, just North of Town. We found this area convenient, safe, & quiet.
- Captain Don's which has both a bar and an outdoor restaurant overlooking the water, can be accessible from the back path along the water within a 3 minute walk.
- The Dive Friends Hamlet Oasis Location is just steps away, so that was convenient when getting Tanks in the morning. Dive Friends also has 3 other Locations.

This was our 2nd stay at Beachcomber and it was just as we remember which was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Tim and Leanne are the resident owners who live on the ground floor with the two apartments on the second floor. They provide super-friendly excellent service and you can tell they love what they do. It is better than the pictures which is hard to beat. This is our place now too.

Leanne and Tim are the most gracious hosts we have ever encountered.They will help you plan your dives, make restaurant recommendations or suggest excursions on the island. And if you can imagine, Leanne and Tim were there to load and unload our gear each day of our trip, concluding with a professional demonstration on how to properly clean our dive gear for storage.
We stayed in apartment 1 and the kitchen was totally supplied with everything you could want, even coffee and a bottle of club soda and cranberry juice in the frig! The apartment was spotless, beds were comforable, flat screen TV with DVD player and a nice library in the hallway with all the best fish and coral reef identification guides. The terrace was furnished with 2 lounge chairs and a 4 person table where we had breakfast each morning. Guests in apartment 2 were respectful of our space and very quiet.
The Cliff dive site, in front of the villa, is a unique wall dive with numerous fish and coral species - my husband did 3 dives in front of the house. Use "Dive Friends", as they are a class operation - another Tim and Leanne recommendation.
We are already planning our next trip to Bonaire and Leanne and Tim's Beachcomber Villas!

Over the last 20 years my wife and I have travel all over the globe. We have experienced accommodations and hospitality in Eastern and Western Europe, South America, North America, Russia, Africa, the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, Southeast Asia, China, Australia and New Zealand. There are few countries we have not visited and we can honestly say that we have never experienced the total package of warmth, constant care and hospitality that we experienced at the Beachcomber Villas with Tim and Leanne. We were amazed at the care, attention to detail, tasteful furnishing, cleanliness and upkeep of their Bonaire Villa. We would recommend this spot of paradise to anyone wishing to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation at a villa overlooking the enchanting Caribbean.

Stop shopping around for vacation rentals - just go ahead and book this place. I can't imagine having a better experience than we did with Tim and Leanne. The apartment was spotless, the location was perfect, and their advice was excellent. They gave us great suggestions for where to eat and how to handle our sightseeing options. Resist the urge to make your own decisions, and just do what they say. You will not be disappointed. We ran into a problem with the airline, and based on their advice, we were able to avoid a huge expense and loss of time. Fantastic personal treatment! If we return to Bonaire, we will not consider staying anywhere else!

When we drove up in our "cute" little car
We knew right away, Beachcomber's above par.
The villa, lovely, well furnished and new
The terrace offered an amazing view!

Were gracious and free, no need to ask twice!

My wife, our thirteen-year-old daughter and I just came back after eight days of diving at Beachcomber Villas. It was our fist trip to Bonaire and forth to the Caribbean Sea. We found three gems in on place, wonderful hosts, healthy reef and immaculate villa. Leanne and Tim met us as if we were their old friends or family members, and we felt that way all our stay. Leanne helped a lot during the preparation stage of our visit with prompt answers to our emails, help with a truck rental and even talking to dive operators regarding our special needs. Tim provided a great support for our diving and travel activities around the island, which saved us a lot of time and headache. To me the “Cliff," a dive site in front of the villa was one of the best. You might see more interesting and dramatic terrain in other places, but amount of fish is hard to beat. I was fortunate enough to spot a manta on this site. Overall, we know where we will go on our next trip to Caribbean. Leanne and Tim, you are missed.
