I want to sit here and gush about how great the place is, but I'm worried that if I do it wont be available for me to stay at next time because of what I said and is booked solid. It was a wonderful place. The townhouse is close to shopping, the amusement parks, and anything you need. There is a great water park for the kids to hang out at and also a fabulous pool at the perfect temp and very clean.
What I found key to this gem was the fact that after each day spent at the parks, we had enough room to spread out after we got back for our own individual time and space if needed.
In closing I would also like to say that Tara (the owner) was immediate with any email request or questions we had and was pleasant each time.

Grat value and great amenities

We stayed for four nights and Tara was great as she answered emails and phone calls almost immediately. The condo was very comfortable. I have stayed at another condo like this but we had to buy toilet paper laundry soap, dish washing soap, etc. Tara and Matt offered these items which was very convenient.
Only about 5-10 minutes away from Disney. And about 15-20 min from Universal. Grocery, pizza,Chinese and coffee shops within a mile. Would definitely stay here again.

We own a Disney timeshare but stayed here as my wife got a last minute vacation break for new years and everything was booked. The apartment was just as advertised, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable, well kept, easy access, fast wi-fi (a must nowadays) and everything on it to make it your home for the week. CVS and Publix less than 5 min away. I really enjoyed not being in a cramped hotel room (walk in closet in the master bedroom), having a full kitchen (holiday cookies just baked), dishwasher (no work) and the full size laundry room with detergent included!
Our girl is only 4 so she did not play a lot with the WII and all the games, but quite a few good movies in the living room. Also being winter, we did not use the waterpark, but it was a nice extra.
Since we made the booking, Tara always kept great communication via email, everything was just as she described and we had our deposit back in just a day or two.
We had a great time, if you want all the conveniences of home while on vacation, this is the place to go. We will return!

Great place to stay. Very professionally managed, clean, great layout & perfect distance to everything! We have three small kids (3 month, 2 years & 5 years) & they each had enough space to run around & be kids! When we return we'll certainly stay here again! No complaints whatsoever! Much better than any hotel!

What a wonderful vacation we just had! This property was everything we had hoped for in a place to stay. It was clean and well stocked, with plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and detergent. We traveled with our 2 sons, ages 6 and 11, and they enjoyed the Wii and t.v's in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, and the black-out curtains were extremely helpful for letting us sleep in on our vacation! The condo was very close to the theme parks, and getting to the grocery store was a breeze. The water park was truly spectacular and allowed everyone to partake in their own activity without anyone being bored. Tara was especially helpful in her quick response to any issues we might have had. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

The townhouse was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and bath towels were plenty. Tara, the owner, was extremely responsive to any inquiries and minor issues beyond her control that occurred. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for fun

We went with our two grandsons (11 and 8) and our daughter. we had a blast! The condo was just as advertised, clean and easy access to all the major parks. The condo is located in the Reunion Resort. The resort has a great water park. It has a shallow end that's perfect for toddlers. Our grandsons loved the lazy river. Reunion Resort has three first class golf courses. When we get back to Orlando we'll stay here. I recommed it to all our freinds.

Perfect place for a awesome vacation

We took our two grandsons (11 and 8) and daughter for 8 days of fun. The place was perfect and just what was expected!! Clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The condo is located only minutes from all the major parks. The Reunion Resorts has a fantastic water park that we loved. It had a shallow end that's perfect for toddlers. The grandsons had a blast floating in the lazy river. The three golf courses are in great shape. If we go back to Orlando we're staying here again!!! Thanks Tara.

This was our first family vacation since having our baby over a year ago. Even before arriving, the owners were so accommodating. They answered every question (I asked a lot lol) and were so quick to respond. I appreciate that so much. The home was beautifully decorated and clean (coming from quite the hotel snob!). The resort is amazing with so many amenities and is a short drive from all the attractions in town. If you have small children, like us, this is the place to stay! They provided everything we could have possibly needed...pack n play, toddler bed, high chair, movies, books, toys, etc. We felt very safe in the neighborhood as well which is very important to us. The refundable deposit was processed and returned very quickly...another plus! I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone and we will hopefully stay again in the future! Thank you for making our first family vacation a wonderful experience :)
