Villa Sebastian is a beautiful house and the pictures don't even do it justice. It is also full of all kinds of amenities such as a full chef's kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook for yourself. Our favorite feature was the integrated sound system throughout the house and outside with each room having it's own control panel! It's also close to town,a ll you have to do is get down the hill out of Pedregal and you're there. Would definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoy our stay at Villa Sebastian, we were fortunate enough to rent the villa for three weeks and had family and friends join us at different times during our stay. The villa is well-equipped and we enjoyed cooking in the villa as well as having private chefs come in to cook. The pool and the hot tub received alot of use. The owner was very accomodating and allowed a friend to stock the villa the day before our arrival. We plan to go back to this villa agian next year.
FYI, the villa is built on the side of a cliff and requires the climbing of many steps (75 from the street to the pool deck); if someone in your party has trouble with stairs this would not be the villa for you.

A group of girlfriends and myself ventured down to Cabo for a bachelorette party. What a great time!! We did plenty of research on places to stay and resorts, but I am so glad we ended up renting Villa Sebastian. And, I hope to make it back some day! The house is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the outdoor living spaces, and the pool . . . just wow! I enjoyed spending my mornings out on the terrace and looking at the Pacific. We were lucky enough to be there as gray whales and humpback whales were migrating past Baja. I didn't see any binoculars in the house, and didn't have any with me - that is the only thing I can think of that was missing.

Also, Pedregal's proximity to downtown and the nightlife was excellent. Although we were not comfortable walking it (hills, hills, hills! but, they make for awesome views from infinity pools ;), we didn't have much trouble with taxis. Most drive vans and would transport us DT for $3 USD/person. I have no idea if that's good or bad, but once we figured it out - we went with that, every time.

I would like to give my regards to Inez. She stopped by to clean each morning (except Sunday), and was such a sweetie. I hope we didn't make her job too hard! And, I think our group would like to extend our thanks for her kindness and letting us practice our Spanish (mine is muy mal!).

Thank you also to Carolina. She was great about responding to all my questions while we made our decision on whether to go the resort or private villa route - I'm glad we ended up where we did.

We took our family on a post holiday trip right after the New Year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon entering the home you are blown away at it's architecture and layout. There were plenty of living spaces to find some privacy if you so desired. The patio with the infinity pool and palapa area was the perfect setting for enjoying the ocean view. We experienced whale watching from the patio and the sunsets were beautiful. We would definately love to stay there again.

I stayed in this villa for a girls' trip and we had an awesome experience (and we all have high standards). It is a beautiful place that is very well maintained, quiet and clean. The property manager is extremely helpful and accessible. The views and surroundings are gorgeous and there is a spa about a block away. It is definitely a little bit of a hike to walk to town and to the beach, and its located on a steep hill, but we found that the taxis were very prompt and easy to obtain. We would definitely go back.

We stayed at Villa Sebastion Mar 9th - 18th, my husband and I, our 19 year old daughter and her two friends and our 15 year old son and his friend.The villa is beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The view from the decks is amazing, even saw whales! All of the appliances were top of the line and the whole villa is very well equipped with everything you could need or want! Loved the Villa, Loved Cabo!!! Also Pedregal is beautiful!!!!!

Our first trip to Cabo but not our last. Casa Sebastian is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery. The house is equiped with everything you could possibly need/want. We are looking forward to staying here again. It really is the perfect luxury villa!
