This 2265 square foot home is located in the heart of Estrella Mountain Ranch. It has 4 bedrooms and a den. Three of the bedrooms have king sized beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen sized bed and a convertible couch. All of the bedrooms have their own television. There are two 50 inch plasma televisions, two DVD players, and a VHS player. The den has a variety of movies for all ages. There is an ipod docking station, wireless internet, Wii, and a Nintendo 64.
A private pool was completed in June 2010.

We have come to Goodyear for the past 5 years to see the Indians spring training games and this by far was our best experience in renting a house in Goodyear. This was our 5th different house in the past 5 years and it was the best.Everything was top notch but the heated pool was the best along with all of the lounge chairs provided. The owners provided everything we needed to feel like we were home. They answered all of our questions that we had. We will definitely rent this house again.

As a second time renter I was so amazed that everything I bragged about this home was the same. I wasn't sure how well maintained it would be but any doughts or questions I may have had were instantly gone. As I watched my husband get excited about our vaction home I knew our 3 weeks were going to be filled with lots of relaxing times around the pool. All our family and friends who came to visit entered this home with amazement that this is a rental home and left with the feeling of WOW and envy that we had found this GEM and were able to rent it again . When we plan to go to Az. my husband always tells me to check our favorite rental property out to see if it's available.

Nascar Vacation

I was part of a 5 men who stayed at the house from Nov 7th to the 12th, 2012 while attending the Phoenix Nascar Race. All 5 of us were very impressed with the house. The house is just as the photo's depict. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. It is close to the race track and no traffic problems driving back and forth. The owners were very good to deal with. I will vacation in Phoenix again with my wife and would stay at this house for sure.

Great home to relax and enjoy family

We had the opportunity to enjoy this home during my grandsons fall school break. I was able to spend time with them while Mom and Dad were working. And at night share a family diinner and relax. The pool was the perfect size and the patio area was enough for sitting and relaxing. The owners are thoughtful and made the process simple. The location is also great. Close to essential shopping, bike trailes, lakes, walking trails and clear night skies.

Three couples stayed for a week in this home and it couldn't have been better. We had every item needed for this stay, home was beautiful as well as a great area. Would DEFINITELY stay here again and loved the friendliness of the owners!!!

Absolutely perfect vacation. The home is beautiful and is exactly as described in the ad. The house was spotless, the pool was fantastic! It's a nice, quiet neighborhood. Having bicycles available was great. Chris, the owner was great to work with. If you are looking for beautiful accommodations for a very reasonable price, and are OK with being out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, I highly recommend this place. Thank you Chris for opening up your home for us!

My family and I recently stayed at this home for over a month. It was in very good shape and had everything we could have needed. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to make the place our own. Baking, dinners... you name it. The family room and kids loft were a great way to give all of us our own space... throw in the quiet front living room and everyone could find their own slice of privacy.
The pool was great... very clean, refreshing and in great shape.
The technology in this house was perfect as well. TV's in every room; WiFi, movies, Wii system, Music players... we were certainly never bored.
In all, this was the perfect place for us. Close to parks, golf and shopping. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend this home to anyone.

Arizona Vacation was Wonderful

Couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in. It had everything you needed plus much more. Bikes, tennis rackets, golf clubs, pool toys for younger children. It was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The owners have a 3 ring binder with lots of information which includes restrauants, activities, tours, anything you would like to do they have it listed. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this home to relatives and friends who are going to visit the Phoenix or Goodyear area. Looking forward to our next visit. Will diffently use this service and hopefully this home will be available when we want to come back.

Estrella Mountain during Spring Training 2012

The standout feature of this property is the pool...heated to 85 degrees for our entire stay, it was the focus of our two grandsons. The pool deck does not get hot in the sun and there are plenty of water toys for two ambitious swimmers. Granddad did laps. The second outstanding feature is the ease of dealing with the owner...from start to finish, they were first class. The third thing I loved is location...just ten minutes from baseball spring training. Lastly, its size: more than enough for two families with privacy. Oh yes, it was clean, completely outfitted and comfortable...but that was expected. We loved it....and the weather was beautiful for the entire stay.

Excellent house and location for four guys looking to play some golf.

My group of golfers has been going to the Phoenix area since 2000 for a break from the Ohio winter. For the past several years, we have been renting houses through VRBO. This year we found this great property near the Golf Club at Estrella. What a great house. It was perfect for four guys as there are four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so ample space for us all. TV in every room it seems. Wifi is a big plus (we can still stay somewhat connected to work). Location is good, as it is about a 20 minute drive back into Goodyear. There is a grocery store not too far away (Safeway), so we stocked up on some provisions on the way home from dinner. Since we were playing golf or watching baseball every day, we did not even take advantage of all the amenities that the house had to offer, like the pool and the nice back patio with a grill. Maybe next year, as I think we will be renting this house again!
