Cottage, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Brand New!! 3/BR Cottage at La Casa Resort. This property is right at the very bottom and only a few steps down to the boat launch and beach. Enjoy the fantastic unobstructed views of Lake Okanagan on the oversized front deck. Later in the day, there's also a back deck should you choose to follow the sun.

This unit will easily sleep 3 couples and there's another small den/office where a couple of small children could sleep. Only recently completed it has stainless steel appliances throughout, Sealy beds, a 37'' Toshiba LCD TV, Sony DVD Home Theatre and a 78,000 BTU Gas BBQ.

Perfect for families that want to get away and relax. At the resort there is also a community pool and Jacuzzi, mini golf course, children's play area, general store and restaurant.

For those who enjoy wine, local British Columbia wineries offer fantastic wine tours and wine tastings.

There are over fourteen wineries within a one hour drive of LaCasa Resort including Mission Hill, Summer hill Pyramid Winery, and Gray Monk Cellars. Kelowna hosts a Spring and Fall Wine Festival accompanied by great food and unique events.

In the winter there is tons of great skiing nearby. La Casa Resort is about an hour away from Big White Ski Resort and Silver Star Mountain Resort.

If you're into hiking or ATV'ing. There's several great trails at the back of the resort that will keep you occupied for hours.

This cottage is very nice and has great views! Be sure to stock up on groceries and snacks before coming here though as the general store onsite doesnt offer much. The cottage has everything you would need to cook / eat with, just need to bring the food and wine!

This was our first time booking off of VRBO and wasn't sure what to expect but David made it simple and explained everything.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This is a very nice property with a fantastic view. Close to the beach and Marina. Decks on both the front and back of this property allow you to soak up the sun no matter time of the day. Our only grievance is that items such as miniature golf or tennis that were to be included in the resort, do in fact, cost you a fee of $23 a day or $100 a week UNLESS you have your own tennis rackets or putters for the miniature golf. You also have to supply your own wood for the firepits. The water trampolines were fun for the kids and they enjoyed them. There is no beach, there is a "beach" area to sit, however, there isn't sand to play in and you can't walk out into the water like you would expect from a lake. The rocks in the water are very sharp so would recommend water shoes for kids. The road to this resort is very narrow and winding, but well worth the drive. If you are staying for a week, would recommend renting a golf cart. The cost is $79 a day or $340 (approx) for the week. Well worth the cost as you will use the cart to get around this resort. We will definitely be coming back next year!!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thank you for the kind review! At one point we did have tennis rackets and some putters for the golf, but they never last long ending up broken or missing. Feel free to bring your own rackets and putters and then it is totally free or alternatively, you can rent them at the resort. $100/week or $23/day which covers your entire family for unlimited use - it also includes the kayaks.
