A great place to start to discover south Florida

We found the apartment clean as can be with all needs catered for inside. A great location and a super base for exploring SoBe. Just 5 mins. from the beachfront action. As ever, all the people involved in the booking were responsive and professional. Thanks Ed, Paul, Lucy and Vicky! We hope to re-book same time next year!

Lovely apartment, close to beaches, bars, clubs and shops. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen.

the apartment is just two blocks from the beach and a 5 minute walk from lincoln road and delano beach club. as well for those interested it is also only three blocks from nick bolletieri's son's tennis academy with 16 claycourts. the apartment is just great very well furnished and really has an upscale interior design. it suits two easily but three people have room as well. it is ideal for people who wanna have a fun holiday in south beach. as there is no parking but only the public parking for 22usd a day iit is not ideal for people who want to take it as a base to drive for sightseeing around miami, for anybody else it is a superplace with a perfect location for party- and beachlife.

I had a great time in South Beach thanks to this apartment too.

The property was exactly as advertised. Efficient rental process and good customer service. The apartment was excellently located and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend the property and the people we rented from.

All the people involved in the rental process were great and very helpful. The apartment itself is spacious, modern and at a fantastic location if you want to be near all the shopping and clubs.

We( my husband, my 4-year-old daughter and me) spent a week in this well furnished and equipped apartment. Its location is perfect for those who want to walk to the beach or the restaurants. When you stay there , you really do not need a car ( you can either catch a bus or a taxi at the corner of the street), but if you want to rent a car , you can easily park in the public car park a few blocks away.
The apartment is clean and well maintained and the kitchen is fully equipped . The sofa bed is not very comfortable but is suitable for one or two small children.
When the sofa is put in a bed , there is not much space left but you do not come to Miami to stay inside , so it isn't a real problem.
