Garden & Swimming Pool
Holiday self-catered home, located on an old horse post-house property in the village of Chessy, just 5 min drive from Disneyland Paris. Ideal for family vacations; also well suited for a group of vacationers. The main garden is an oasis of calm, it is large, offering an enclosed heated swimming pool. There is also a small, charming back yard ideal for BBQ’s or for just a little more privacy.
The house is very cozy and boasts a newly renovated open-plan spacious kitchen and large living area receiving direct sunlight. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are situated on the 1st floor - 1 double room and another substantial one ideal for children. The area offers endless shopping possibilities, with one of Europe’s largest shopping malls and shopping outlets within close reach, open all days of the year and attracting shoppers worldwide. Also located within easy access of the RER and Eurostar train station just a 30min train ride from Paris.

Our family of seven (5 children) stayed here for 12 nights while visiting EuroDisney and the local attractions in Paris! We had our own parking space as we drove from Wales UK and found the streets to be nice and quiet in the neighbourhood. Rather a posh area! We had a perfect time, and loved the lay out and space downstairs. We felt very at home here. Our 4 sons shared the large family bedroom upstairs, and our little girl (6) had her own bedroom space right next to our double room which she loved. Melda was thoughtful, and even made up her bed in pinks, and the boys with boy colours!! We were able to wash and dry 2 batches of clothes, which was essential for a large family away for so long! Over Halloween, Melda bought us some Pumpkins to decorate if we wished, and the children delighted in taking home one of the mini gords each! We were presented with wine and chocolates too. Melda is a warm and thoughtful host, and we had plenty of everything we needed like towels and linen etc... Even though it was October, we still enjoyed the heated pool twice and we also had a log fire and roasted marshmallows on two evenings when it was chilly outside. All in all a super place for a family to share and relax after a bustling day out. Close enough to Disney that we could hear the train whistle from the house and also the fireworks! What a lovely house this was. Felt just like home while we were away. Melda is very friendly and helpful and the house was immaculate. Was very traditionally French but still with modern features. Was literally five mins away from Disney in the car and also the shopping centre and train station, making it a good base for travelling around. Thanks and we will definitely recommend you to our friends.

Clean and spacious house for the family

We arrived as a family of five, two adults, two children and a young toddler in a cot. We had so much space - plenty of bedroom space for the children and a cot included which was a bonus. A bathroom and toilet upstairs as well as a toilet and shower room downstairs. A lovely modern kitchen to use. We came to visit Disney so had long days at the park, and ate mostly at the house. Making lunch for the day ahead as well as evening meals were made easily in the kitchen. There was plenty of space in the lounge for everyone to relax before bedtime, a DVD player, large LCD TV and free wifi which worked well.
It was an easy journey from the house to Disney as well as the shopping centre Val d' Europe, where you can stock up with food essentials as well of lots of other items.
We would love to return again later on in the year but maybe stay a little longer to use the swimming pool and see some of the local sites.
Melda was a lovely helpful host, providing a lovely clean and welcoming home. Wine was left for the adults and chocolates (themed for Easter) were left for the children which was a nice touch.
We would be happy to recommend this as a place to stay.

Our family had a nice time in this beautiful place. Enough space, not far away from Disney. A perfect and quiet and clean place. And the family is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. We hope to come back soon.

Pleasant stay

We were in Paris for our work.
We had a warm welcome with even a few France gifts.
We entered a very clean house.
The two rooms and the third "bed in the hall" room suited perfect for us.
We even took a swim in the heated pool.
We felt really home at Melda's house.

Nice and practical house for the family

The house is spacious and nice. Plenty of room downstairs, and a nice kitchen. The uppstairs bedrooms are nice too, but the pictures are a little misleading, as one of the beds are actually placed in the hallway between the bathroom and the other two bedrooms. Only one bathrom/showr/toilet, but it is quite large, with plenty of room to dry clothes/towles/swimwear.
The pool is nice, but here too, the pictures are a little misleading. The poolhouse is contected to the main house (the owners), and not to the unit that is for rent. We still had full access to the pool, and good privacy, as the ownwers kept to them selves during our stay.
Nice and quiet neighbourhood, with narrow streets and short distances to groceristores and bakers.
All in all, this is a nice house for families to use as a base for visiting Euro-Disney and Paris in general.

We had a great time here. The house was very spacious and lots of space outside for our children to run around. It was great to be able to make use of the owner's swimming pool. Everything you could need in the house was supplied and was in good condition. The owners couldn't do enough to welcome us and they were very thoughtful. We were made to feel very much at home. We particularly liked the large bright family bedroom and the open plan layout of downstairs.The owners have now put a handrail on the stairs which is safer for children.
The house is only a few minutes drive from Disneyland Paris and Val D'Europe shopping but it was also lovely to come back to a quiet traditional French village after busy days away. We really enjoyed all the pastries from the local patisserie and also within walking distance is a large convenience store.
We felt that we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again.

als Familie mit kleinem Kind haben wir in diesem Haus drei Tage verbracht. Man braucht fünf Minuten bis zum Disney Land.
Das Haus zeigt überall künstlerisch stilsicheren Geschmack jedem Raum persönliche Note zu geben.
Die farbliche Gestaltung, die komfortablen Betten, die großzügige Raumaufteilung und die Kücheneinrichtungen, alles Super.
Die Fotos entsprechen voll und ganz der Realität.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Wir hatten wunderschöne 3 Tage in diesem Haus.
Als Familie mit kleinem Kind hat alles super geklappt.
Alle Schlafräume, der Fernsehbereich und die Küche sind komplett ausgestattet.
Der Besitzer spricht etwas Deutsch. Abends hatten wir zusammen paar Bierchen getrunken. Internetzugang und die ruhige Wohngegend rundeten den Besuch ab.
Zuletzt möchten wir uns noch für die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bedanken. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Superbe Séjour ...

Merci pour ce super accueil.
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine confortable et dans un cadre fort sympathique. Le parc Disney est à 2 minutes. Les alentours sont verdoyants et l'on peut faire de belles balades. La Capitale facilement accessible par autoroute. ( 30 minutes environ ). Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais toujours disponibles.
Je conseille vivement cette location, idéale pour une famille avec des enfants comme nous.
