The Gulf Watch 2 bed 2 bath condo is on the top floor in the back block of the development. Gulf Watch is at the narrowest part of the island so you have views of the bay and a glimpse of the beach from our balcony. The balcony is screened to avoid bugs and faces south to maximise the daytime sun throughout the year. Being on the top floor there is no noise from neighbours above and it also gives you views of the bay from the kitchen nook and the Sunshine Skyway bridge on clear days! It is just 150yds from the ocean and over 7.5 miles of the main soft white sandy beach.It is an easy walk to shops restaurants and Bradenton beach pier, so no need to drink and drive! The condo is around 1200 sq ft and sleeps up to 6 using the sleeper sofa for children.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, fridge freezer, and cooker/range, dishwasher and washer dryer. The kitchen nook area has been remodelled to open up the living space even more.

There is an open plan lounge / dining area with TV with ( over 120 channels) DVD player and boom box.

The master bedroom suite has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and direct access into the hall bathroom.

All watersports are easily arranged and there are over 20 golf courses within 25 mins drive of the island.

Anna Maria offers a unique flavor of the real old Florida and yet, is close to all the style and attractions of Sarasota and St Armands Circle. The white sandy beaches run for over 7 miles and feature some great beach front dining opportunities, ranging from family style restaurants to the more elegant, with their own specialist a la carte menus.

Anna Maria has two main strip malls with Publix and other main high street stores.There are over 20 golf courses within 25 minutes, driving. For the family there is a Cinema, Bowling Alley and a wider choice of supermarkets in Bradenton which is just 8 miles away. There is huge choice of water sports available both on and just off the island.

We just returned from staying here and the place was awesome! The condo was very clean, nice, and had everything we needed for our stay! We would strongly recommend this place to anyone, and we plan on returning here again next year. The people and the island was way better than we expected! Hope everyone enjoys their stay here, we sure did! :)
