Luxurious villa

Lovely villa and first impressions were great. Villa was very clean and well-maintained, even better than we expected. Location of villa is perfect. Close to all the theme parks. Visiting the theme parks is wonderful but also very tiring. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi especially after an exiting day in an theme park. Supermarket and the
shopping malls are also very close. Communication with owner and management of villa was perfect. We have an enjoyable holiday and we can recommend this villa to everybody.

What a lovely property. We stayed here in August 2009 (7 Adults). Plenty of room for all of us. Villa was spotless and on a lovely estate not too far down H27 off i4. Really easy to find with clear directions from Janice (Porperty Owner) who was really helpful. We had to make a call to the Property Manager following a power cut and they too were really helpful and responded straight away. Villa is not too far from the parks. A must is the pool heating, it is worth every penny soaking in the Jacuzzi with a beer after a stressful day enjoying yourself at the parks. I would recommend this villa to you and I will book this again when we next return to Florida - Thanks Janice for all your help and always responding to my e-mails! I would highly recommend this house. Communication with Janice was excellant she answered every email very quickly. The pool was so nice every night after being at theme parks all day. It was easy to get to the house. We hope to rent from them again.

My family recently stayed in this property (June 2009), and we were so thrilled with how beautiful and clean the home was. Everything was accurate as portrayed in the website, and trhe home was even better than we expected! The kids loved the game room (air hockey table especially). The pool was well-maintained with many pool toys for the kids. The management company was readily available with any questions we had, and they were super-friendly!! Plenty of towels were provided, along with some soap and other items to get us started so we didn't have to rush out to the store right away. I can't say enough positive things about this villa. My family can't wait to return here for our next vacation!

Beautiful and clean! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is in a quiet, gated community and is close to everything. We would recommend this home to our family and friends.

I am a Travel Agent by trade and we have high expectations when we go on holiday. The villa exceeded them!! It was in a fantastic location, we had no trouble finding it from Orlando Airport. The whole experience was amazing from the pool, which is great not to have to share, to the games room which we had totally forgotten about. There were two families in our party and we all felt totally at home within minutes of arriving. The villa is beautifully presented whilst has that homely feeling too. I would recommend this villa to anyone travelling to Florida, even if you didn't want to do the parks. The parks are brilliant, if I can give you some advice it would be GET THERE EARLY.
The best water park is definately Aquatica and we all liked both Universal Parks, they didn't seem as busy and felt more relaxed. Sea World is excellent the must here is the Shamu Show. We ate out at Sizzlers on Lake Buenavista quite a few time, it was good value for money, buffet style. In the parks you can't get much apart from junk so we did take our own packed lunch on a few occasions. Wallmart is a 5min drive away you turn left at the Lowes junction and you will see it on your left, its massive and sells EVERYTHING. We would all love to return someday and would definately recommend this property to ANYONE>

After reading several positive reviews, I was sure the house would be a safe choice, but it even exceeded our expectations. The place was impeccably clean upon arrival, towels and linens were provided, even hotel-type soaps were left for us. The layout of the house is perfect with the master suites being removed from each other and from the "kids" rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and the pool table/air hockey table got a ton of use. Garbage bags, dishsoap, sponges, a roll of paper towels, a starter set of toilet paper--all provided and are a huge help the first night or two before you get a chance to hit a grocery store.
If going with small children, there is a stroller/high chair/etc provided for you.
Communication with the property owners was a pleasure and every question was answered promptly.
Location was great too...easy to get around, grocery stores, fast food places, liquor stores, pizza place etc. all within a few minutes drive. Disney, Universal, Minigolf, Sea World, etc. are all easy to get to and moderately close.
Overall I HIGHLY recommend the house, location, and property owners!!

This property wasfully furnished as per the description. Our holiday was a real home from home experience, plus the benefits of a excellent pool and spa, and of course a good games rooms. The property is immaculately presented and the there was good local support from the managing agent without being intrusive, which was reassuring. I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitiely go back. As an alternative to the Disney Parks, I would recommend taking in a baseball match at Tampa Bay Rays, if you are there in season.

The villa looked and sounded wonderful on the web-site and was even more fabulous in the flesh (so to speak)! It was a real hit with the boys aged 11,13 & 15 who would have been just as happy to play in the pool from morning til night for the full fortnight and never leave the villa! Thankfully they did take a break from the pool every so often to go and play air hockey/pool or go on the Playstation, so that the adults could have a bit of quiet relaxation in the jacuzzi or on the sunloungers! Also, having the pool heated meant that it was never out of bounds - even first thing in the morning or on the cooler days! The Villa was in easy reach of the airport and all the Parks and shops. There was so much to do and see - a month would have been nice! The standard of service in all the shops, restaurants and parks was top notch - the Americans really know how to do things properly! Our most memorable experience was Discovery Cove - worth every penny and the best family day out we have ever had. If we had to pick just one park to revisit - that would be it! Our second favourite park was Seaworld - fantastic shows! For evening entertainment, we discovered 'The Old Town' on International Drive, where the boys could go on multi-storey go-kart tracks and other rides until 2am and the shops, bars and restaurants stayed open for the adults. Dotted around the park were free drink stations for the kids, so they could help themselves to soft drinks all night long - nice touch! There's a really good mini-golf course there too. So our first trip to Florida was an unforgettable experience - the perfect family holiday (something for everyone of every age) and we can't wait to go back!
