Step upstairs to find the luminous master bedroom, which houses a king-size bed, and boasts double-fronted windows. An en-suite bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with built-in shower head marries luxury with convenience.
There is a second bedroom with king-size bed, and at the top of the house, a third bedroom provides the perfect accommodation for children with twin single beds.

Access and Suitability
This large property is located on the ground floor with two flights of stairs within the property, so it is not suitable for those who find stairs difficult.
This property has the best of both worlds - conveniently located within walking distance from the trendy Brook Green and its surrounding coffee shops, delicatessens and grocery stores, and Shepherd’s Bush Green. People have always known Shepherd’s Bush is the place to be – evidence of human habitation here can be traced back to the Stone Age, and the first record of Shepherd’s Bush was in 704, when it was bought by Walhere, the Bishop of London of the time. Its name is thought to have originated form the use of the common land here as a resting point for shepherds (and doubtless, their flock) on their way to the Smithfield Market in the area. The only evidence of this rural past is to be found in the lovely Shepherd’s Bush Green, but otherwise, this is very much a bustling cosmopolis. Beatles fan will be intrigued to hear that it was here, at the Lime Grove Studios in Shepherd’s Bush that they recorded their first ever BBC broadcast. The area’s character is as varied as the restaurants and shops with which it is populated, from the bustling Middle Eastern character of the Uxbridge Road (baklava fans would be foolish not to visit the Nutcase, the best baklava shop in town), to the towering commercial success of the Westfield centre, one of the biggest shopping malls in the world.
The nearest tube stations are Kensington Olympia and Hammersmith, which provide quick links to Westminster and the West End, and Shepherd’s Bush is within 15 minutes walking distance.
