The condominium has three floors. There are three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft area. There are two master bedrooms each with their own private bath. There are three total bathrooms. There is a large mud-room at the front door to store skis, boots, and other equipment. The unit sleeps nine people comfortably in beds.

The first floor has a Master bedroom with one queen bed and a bathroom. In addition, the first floor has another bathroom, kitchen, dining room, family room, two decks outside, one with a private hot tub.

The second floor has a loft with two twin beds (the beds can be pushed togethe to form a king size bed) and an additional master bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom. There is another balcony off the master bedroom.

The third floor has a bedroom with three twin beds (one bunk bed and one seperate twin).

In conclusion, in the condominium there is one king-size, one queen-size, and five twin-size beds. There is also one queen size inflatable mattress. All bedrooms are equiped with radios that can play and charge IPODs.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, utensils, plates, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

The condo is on the ground floor and there are no long sets of stairs to walk up. The entire ground floor of the condo doesnt border any other units for maximum quiet and privacy.

There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium. The condominium is ideally located across the street from the ski lift. The mountain is across the street which also makes for easy access to hiking in the summer.

Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged by commercial management companies. A 25% deposit is required with all bookings. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (only applies December 15th through April 15th). Small dogs allowed under 25 pounds with prior approval.
