Great place to discover Pembrokeshire

Review Submitted: August 18, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
The house is very well restored and fitted with all equipment one could need during a holiday. It's very spacious and nicely decorated. The big flat screen and DVD collection come in handy on the occasional rainy day.
The view from the kitchen and terrace is great. The neighbourhood is very quiet.
The location is ideal to discover Pembrokeshire. The beautiful and impressive coastline is just 20 min. away by car.
The owner is very attentive. The dishwasher was broken upon our arrival but he immediately arranged for a new one to be installed.
We had a wonderful week and recommend this property to everyone.

The Chapel was a fantastic surprise, we didn't see all the photos
before so the size of the property was quite a shock!

My two little boys loved the purple dinosaur in the study(!?)
We all loved the large flat screen tv with surround sound.
The situation is lovely, very peaceful but close enough to all amenities (car essential) should you need anything.
the Chapel is well laid out with each bedroom having its own en-
suite, always useful with teenagers!

Our only point would be that the kitchen could do with some new saucepans and crockery.
We had a fantastic holiday here and would love to come back again. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
If you are thinking of booking do not hesitate, its was by far the best holiday let we have booked and we have been to many.
Happy holidays!

We enjoyed a very happy week in The Chapel.
It is a splendid, quite special conversion - very comfortable, spacious and wonderfully equipped - with it's lofted ceilings it is bright, sun-filled and contemporary but retains the 'feel' of the 1865 Chapel and still has many original features. The children loved both The Chapel and the area - especially the fact they had a castle to visit only five minutes away through the surrounding fields. Despite the rural location we found it easy to get into Pembroke - good supermarkets and great roads to Pembrokeshires fantastic beaches.

Having just returned from our very succesful pre-Easter break to the Chapel we are planning to book again. The location couldn't be bettered - a castle down the road - a good local pub 10 minutes walk and horses in the next field... Our family (2 adults and 2 children) were totally at home - we could hardly wait to get back in the evening to make dinner and watch a DVD by the fire. There is so much to do in the area - it was so lovely to be able to come back after a full day on the beach/sightseeing and feel so comfortable in the wonderfully homely and stylish accommodation. We found that every small detail had been thought of which is very refreshing when renting a cottage. Thanks to the owners for making it such a special holiday.

Lovely location in a unique property

The chapel is lovely with a modern interior. The different levels of sitting area & dining areas make the most of ceiling height in the old chapel. Facilities are good. It's in a great location with easy access to the coast and all the tourist attractions in South Pembrokeshire. The owner was really helpful in answering questions about the propperty & all the arrangements were made easily & efficiently.

We've had such a good family Spring Bank Holiday that we're back for the summer. We fell in love with the charm and character of the chapel.

In a fantastic, peaceful setting down a country lane, but close to Carew and A roads for easy access around Pembrokeshire, the chapel is home from home, fully equipped, with plenty of space, roaring wood stove fire and comfortable sofas. When we weren't out and about enjoying the water sports and walks of Pembrokeshire we could chill, sitting and reading on the south facing patio.
