A white and blue heart in the garden on the shadow of palm trees and tropical flowers you welcome and you will be headed by the warm perfumed breeze of sensual flavours.You will go out from your amaca under your patio, make a step and you will be on the swimming pool with yacuzzi knowing that you have in 5 minutes from your house the National Park of Este with its wild and untouched beaches with their crystal water in which you can find sea stars ... A shower and go ... musics, sounds, colors, dances and HOT PASSION, PASSION, PASSION so much that only the people from Bayahibe and Dominicus Marina can give you.

One day day there is like one year away.

It's the best recharge for your body and your spirit you can find all over the world.

This is a house burn from love and the people who will go there, will feel it strongly!!!

(You can also rent the blue jeep of the house at a very low price with a driverman that will bring you all over the island).

Located on the beachside of Bayahibe, our apartment offers the perfect setting for exploring the whole Dominican Republic.You can easily go to the Islands of Saona, Boca Chica, La Romana, Higuey with its Cathedral, Samana', Las Terrenas, Puerto Plata etc.The airport of La Romana is only ten minutes far (taxi service is avalaible on demand at a very low price).

There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports including sailing, windsurfing and swimming with dolfins!

A lot of Theme and Natural Parks are by.There are also several excellent golf courses nearby at Casa de Campo (10 min.).

Dominicus Americanus and Dominicus Marina offers a high level of services like Restaurants, Events, Casino' and so on.

Free use of the local leisure centre with swimming pool (in front of the apartment) is available for the duration of your stay.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer grossen Anlage mit dutzenden anderen Wohnungen, mit denen man sich den Pool teilt. Alles sehr gepflegt. Für 5 Personen ist die Wohnung definitiv nicht geeignet (viel zu klein). Der nächste Strand ist ein 15 minütiger Fussmarsch entfernt und nicht 150 Meter, wie im Inserat angegeben. Strom, Internet und Reinigung muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden und zwar völlig überteuert. Vieles des Inventars, das im Inserat angegeben ist, ist nicht vorhanden (kein Backofen, Telefon, Kaffeemaschine, und vieles mehr). Am ersten Abend haben sich dann noch 3 Kackerlacken gezeigt. Naja von Haustieren stand im Inserat wiederum nichts ;) Meine Empfehlung: Etwas anderes buchen oder auf keinen Fall im Voraus bezahlen.

La casa non corrisponde alla metratura indicata. Il balconcino posteriore e di 3 mq e non possiede un bagno ma sempicemente un lavandino con piccola doccetta attaccata alla parte inferiore del lavabo. Il giardino posteriore non esiste , trattasi di passaggio condominiale. La proprietaria ha cambiato le notizie sulla casa dopo averla affittata a me,. trattasi di 1 camera da letto piccolissima e di un soggiornino con angolo cottura. Quello che vedete sulle foto viene tolto non appena arrivate.
Attenzione al prezzo di affitto, viene cambiato di volta in volta. Attenzione potrebbere staccarvi la luce per mancato pagamento della fattura. attenzione a verificare contatore e forniture erlencate, non sono presenti nella casa, ma ve le sottopongono per la firma. le pulizie settimanali non sono state mai fatte. insomma esperienza da dimenticare , ho affittto per 1 mese e sono stata costretta a cambiare casa e a pagare un nuovo mensile. La casa non puo ospitare animali e il posto per dormire al massimo per 2 persone, molto strette.

Purtroppo, esistono alcune persone che vivono per diffamare il prossimo ma, fortunatamente, ne esistono altre che sanno apprezzare giustamente.
Non ti curar di loro ma guarda e passa ....
Ka'Makiki è stupenda, vedi foto, e Bayahibe Dominicus è veramente un luogo paradisiaco.
