Well-maintained and roomy

We are a very picky family, and we all agreed that this is just a wonderful house. Spacious and full of very nice details that make you feel at home immediately. Wonderful heated pool and spa. If you are used to plenty of room, this is the home to choose.
Not that it was needed, but the dialogue with the owner was wonderful and very attentive. You don't have to wait forever before you receive an answer.
Again, we are not easily impressed but the management team (and pool service) was the most welcoming and friendly experience we've ever had with management companies.
Last but not least: the welcome pack was a very nice surprise. This really makes life a lot easier the first day when you just want to relax after a long journey.
I wish the house had been cleaned properly prior to our arrival which is the reason we're not giving 5 stars.

I must say this was a home from home, had all the amenities and comfort that made our stay possable. Spaceious, clean, short didtance for shoping and dining out ,excelent location for Disney trips. Very pleasent neighbourhood would deffinately recommend others to stay and and enjoy their holidays in comfrot. If im ever in Florida again i would certainly return to this accomadation.

The Dream Holiday Of 2012

Normally when you go away at christmas time you miss your house. But this villa was really homely and more.
The villa is magnificent and spacious, very comfortable and peaceful at night.
grocery shops were easy to get to, restaurants, hair and nail salons and disney is 10 minutes away.
The children lived in the swimming pool, first thing in the morning, last thing at night.
Definitely will stay there again, maybe this christmas.

LOVELY PEACEFUL PLACE

I want to thank mr and mrs patrick for having a beautiful home, I would highly recommend this to friends and family as a great place to stay,and i would not hesitate to stay here again myself. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! For Xmas the open concept kitchen/tv room on the main level was ideal for our big family. The house was very clean and provided all the comforts of home! Location is excellent - minutes from Disney, outlets and a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed the swimming pool too!and the hot tub with a nice glass of wine I would highly recommend this property particularly for families with young children. We'll be back for sure!
