We stayed here for a fortnight in September 2011 and would certainly recommend it. There were four adults and an 18 month old toddler. The location is difficult to beat. Its nicely out of town but only a 10-15 minute drive to Disney. The champions gate area is ideal, being just off the Interstate. A trip to the Kennedy space centre was easy - about 55 mins.
The house itself is on a quiet cul-de-sac and out the back the pool is private and not overlooked. We went running most mornings before it got too hot but even if you only walk I recommend you do so just to see what a nice area it is. Loma Vista and the streets around are very well maintained, and everything you need (Publix supermarket, gas station, restaurant and food outlets) are just 4-5 mins drive away. Infact you have to pass them to go anywhere. We all enjoyed Chilis restaurant, more than once - a 'must do'.
The villa itself is clean and tidy. It has everything you need and a nice area out poolside to have a cold drink after the heat and bustle of the theme parks. One minor issue with the pool filter was swiftly dealt with by Dawn the property manager. If you have very small children there is no pool guard but we knew that and took turns 'minding'. There was a travel cot and high chair for our toddler. We left a stroller for anyone elses' future use!
The garage has a pool table and other indoor games if you want them. Most evenings we simply sat out by the pool, because it was such a nice spot. Good weather, good villa, great location. Would recommend.

Fab holiday
just back from two weeks in Florida
Villa was clean and spacious. All you need a real home from home.
Pool was great for relaxing after a long day at the parks, the games room in the garage kept my teenager amused on the rainey days.
Only three of us where in the villa but it has loads of room for a big family
Champions gate really central for parks, shopping. Try chilli's at champions gate excellent.
Lovely quiet estate never really say many people, pool secluded.
If going to universal for Harry potter go up at night and queues might be a bit better, worth the queues though.
Thanks to glen and Sally for allowing us to rent their villa and hope to return again in the future

Everything you could wish for
We stayed at the villa from 5th - 26th August 2009 and had a wonderful time. The villa really did make the holiday for both me and my wife and our 3 children ( aged 16, 15 and 12). In fact the highest praise we can give is that we all wanted to leave the parks by 3pm to get back to the villa. The location, 10 mins from Disney, and a bit further from Universal, is absolutely ideal. The estate is beautifully kept and totally peaceful. We can't speak highly enough about the quality of everything within the villa - brilliant widescreen TV, great washing machine and dryer, beds, linen, towels, fridge all totally superb. The pool furniture is great and the pool is just the right size, 6ft at 1 end and shallow at the other. You can get to the patio from the master bedroom, kids bedroom or lounge sliding doors, its all so convenient. Turn left out of the estate and within 2 minutes there is chinese and pizza takeaways,; turn right and within 3 minutes theres more eateries ( McDonalds, Subway, chinese and pizzerias) plus the supermarkets. Route 192 with all the buffet style restaurants is no more than 15 minutes away - the choice is yours.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for better, the owners instructions on getting access were the easiest I have ever seen, and we feel very fortunate to have picked this villa out of the 1000's on the website. If we can ever afford the flights again, we would not hesitate to ask the owners whether we could stay at their villa again.

Excellent Villa in an excellent location!!!
It is a lovely property situated just 5 minutes off the I4 and within easy reach of all the attractions in Florida yet is in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac on a prime development.
Plenty of room for our party of 8 on our recent visit, all clean and well maintained and well stocked with all the usual mod-cons!
Lovely pool which was heated for our stay (February), and a games room which provided hours of enjoyment at the end of tiring days walking around theme parks!
Shops/Fast Food/Petrol/Chemist all within easy reach, this villa provides all you could need for a truly enjoyable stay in the centre of Florida.
Excellent communiacations with owner made booking a pleasure and we hope to return soon and wouldnt hesitate in recommending the property to anyone!

Lots of room, lovely pool, close to Disney
Our week touring Disney's parks was wonderfully punctuated with a great place to stay. The private pool and porch area was a nice respite from all of the park hub-bub for an afternoon swim and early dinner. The house is very large with a beautiful master bed/bath, roomy kitchen and the game room was fully equipped for nightly fun. The drive along route 4 to Disney was only 10 minutes and while most of the traffic at the end of the day is going east, it's smooth sailing going west back to the rental home. The home is bright, comfortable and relaxing. During the rainy times we played pool, darts, foosball, watched the wide screen TV and even sat out on the front porch to watch the colorful lightning. On the hottest days, coming back to the house for a refreshing swim, relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture and eating out under the fan on the shaded patio was a treat. The landscaping is lush and colorful with lots of hibiscus and palms attracting daily visitors like the mocking birds and storks. There were even hot-air balloons flying overhead on several mornings. The owners are personable and welcoming answering every question and making sure the home had plenty of information and suggestions for attractions, restaurants, markets, fuel, etc.
