Having just returned from our 13th holiday in Orlando, I wanted to say how lovely this home is, we have always stayed in villas, lots in West Haven, we like this area as it is so handy to everything, this home had everything in it that you would ever need for a great place to stay. We had got in touch with the management company while we were there and they were always very prompt to reply and answer any query we asked, the house was very clean and well furnished. The owners of this property are very nice to deal with and would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone who would be looking for somewhere to stay in Orlando. Highly recommended.

Clean, spacious villa in excellent location

We chose this villa for our first visit to Florida and had a most wonderful holiday. As mentioned before in many reviews we found the place to be clean, light, well equipped with a helpful house manager nearby. We arrived late so chose to purchase the welcome pack which was worthwhile. Being a sporty family we made good use of the gym and large swimming pool and found we had almost exclusive use of the place which was very luxurious! The house is very well placed in terms of visiting the parks, getting to the supermarket and local restaurants etc. From the time of my first inquiry up to just before the holiday I found the owner to be very helpful, answering all queries very promptly. In terms of value for money we thought this was an excellent rental and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Perfect villa + perfect location = perfect holiday. Spent hours looking at villas and boy am I glad I chose this one. It has everything you could possibly need and more. Large spacious rooms, immaculately decorated with that 'still new' feel. Sun around the pool from 10am until sunset. Fantastic view from the upstairs balcony and extremely private and quiet. This is our 2nd stay in West Haven and the location is ideal. 10 mins from Disney straight off the I-4 in beautiful landscaped surroundings.
Won't hesitate to book again on our next visit. Thanks George & Allison for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Superb spacious house

This beautiful clean large house surpassed all expectations for our family of 5 and certainly contributed to our wonderful holiday. The pool was extensively used by all and the pool table in the garage provided welcome entertainment when a break from the heat was needed.
The children (16,13 & 10) loved the house on first sight which speaks volumes.
Theme parks are all within easy commute up the I4 with disney only 10 minutes away and Universal approximately 25 minutes. Various Outlet stores range from 15 to 25 minutes away. The nearest supermarket "Publix" is superb and only minutes away along with a few restaurants which provide a very friendly service. Busch Gardens is less than an hour away to the west towards Tampa and Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away to the East. I can't over emphasize how easily accessible and well sign posted everything/place is.
The theme parks were amazing and so much fun for everyone which made the peace and quiet of the house even more attractive to come home to at the end of the day.
A very successful holiday which I know the kids will remember forever. Great fun had by all.

Excellent villa!

We are regular visitors to Orlando (normally twice yearly) and generally rent a villa in West Haven as this is our preferred development. This villa is lovely and very well maintained with excellent furnishings and a lovely pool. Good communication from the owner and would definitely highly recommend. In fact, our friends have subsequently rented this villa on our recommendation and were also extremely pleased with it.

superb villa

This was our first holiday to orlando and we had the best holiday ever 6 adult and 2 children the villa was excellent the location was peacefull and it was easy to get to all the attractions. But we did have a sat nav which was very useful. We were given great instruction on finding the villa and everything was just superb.
Our grandchildren aged 7 and 9 just loved every minute I would not hesitate to stay at this villa again and would recommend the villa to family and friends. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home

Very happy with our choice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property. The owners were very helpful and provided lots of helpful information and were quick to respond to any queries. Same for management company when we were out there.
The house was immaculately clean on arrival and had everything we could have needed especially travelling with a baby. The cot even had a thick mattress which they don't usually.
The house is beautifully finished and a pleasure to stay in. We even had herons walking past our window during breakfast. Nice development and we found it very handy for local publix supermarket and other similar shops (dunkin donuts!!)
Drive to Disney was fine about 10-15 mins usually. We liked to take the back route in from Junction 62 of the I4 as its a nice drive and the roads are always quiet. Very quick to get north on the I4 to Sea world Universal etc.

Superb property, great location, very pleased

My wife, two children (our youngest with cerebral palsy) and in laws stayed at this lovely property at the end of October 2009 for two weeks. It was everything we hoped for - very spacious, great quality fittings and brilliant location.
Most of our time was spent on various Disney properties - all of which can be reached easily within half an hour, we also visited the Kennedy Space Centre and the Gulf coast - total journey time for either was just over an hour, so ideal location for visiting Florida.
We will certainly look to visit the same property on return to Florida or recommend to friends and family.

we spend three weeks 8 people 6 adults and 2 childeren in this villa, it was great
the villa is big enough it was clean and well maintained.
even the owner gives a good service.
the outdoor swimmingpool is fantastic.

Excellent Villa

As it was our first time in Florida we were not sure where to stay, but after reading excellent reviews we went for this villa, and we were not disappointed. In fact one of our party was reluctant to leave, he would have been happy to spend the whole week sat in there. it is ideally located for all attractions, with shopping and restaurants close by. We particularly enjoyed chillis restaurant.
The villa was very clean and every appliance you could wish for is provided.
George was very helpful, and gave excellent advice on parks, and where we could pre-book our tickets.
Would we go back there? You bet! All 6 of us loved it and would highly recommend to family and friends.
