The house was just as described and right on top of disney, easy to find and close to restaurants and shops. Mary and Larry have been so helpful, with providing information in the build up to going, they responded to any questioned e mailed within 24 hours. Will definately return and would recommend to everyone. Went with 3 small kids 3 1/2, 21 months and 4 months and everything was there including baby seat. Childrens 101 dalmations bedroom was lovely and very popular. If you are reading this book it you wont be disappointed!

Just returned back from a 2 week holiday. This villa is lovely and has everything you could want. Girls loved the theme bedrooms and the games room and the pool was a great place to relax after lots of busy days. Great location with lots of shops and amenities near by. Owners were extremely friendly and very helpful and made everything perfect for us. Thank you so very much.
Would def recommend this villa for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We have just spent 2 fantastic weeks in this beautiful villa. We found it very well equipped, everything you need is there, a real home from home. The boys loved the pool and the games room. After a busy day in the parks its a lovely spacious and relaxing home to come back to, and would stay again. It is ideally situated for Walt Disney World and its easy to get to the I 4. The 192 with plenty of shops and restaurants is just a short drive.

An absolutley fantastic villa

This large, clean and beautifully furnished villa is superb. It is in a small, nice estate of similar villas and is located just 2 mins of the main 192 highway which leads to Disney parks 10 mins away. It's location is also great for all the restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops etc.
The pictures on the net are accurate and give an idea of each room but they don't give an idea of the size. The bedrooms are large with great en suite facilities. The villa has a lovely flow from large enterance hall through to kitchen diner, sitting area the onto the pool. It has all the facilities you need and nice touches such as dvds, books, towels, pushchair, car seats etc. The games room in the nicely converted garage is an added bonus.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who want to visit Disney or just visit Florida. We are looking foward to our return visit.

We had decided to let the parks of attractions discover of Orlando to our two girls of 8 years and 10 years. We selected the villa of Roling Hills for his proximity of the parks. We were not disappointed by our choice. As early as our first contacts, Mary and Larry showed themselves very warming and we even given advice for the organization of our trip. Once at the villa all was perfect, the house was immense and as described. The parks were situated between 10 and 25 minutes house which allowed us to drive there & return in the day to take advantage of the swimming pool and to return to the parks in afternoon & evening.
On average the girls passed between 2 and 3 hours in the swimming pool every day. A supermarket to 2 mins by car allowed us to have all that of which we needed quickly. Nous passed 11 days of dream to Orlando, Larry called us as the day of our arrival for knowledge if we had arrived safely and all was well. We had a letter on our return in France to ask if we had a good stay. One really felt pleased for the organization of this big trip, again thank you to Mary and Larry for all!
You can leave for this villa with all

Nous avions décidé de faire découvrir les parcs d'attractions d'Orlando à nos deux filles de 8 ans et 10 ans. Nous avons sélectionné la villa de Roling Hills pour sa proximité des parcs. Nous n'avons pas été déçu par notre choix. Dès nos premiers contacts, Mary et Larry se sont montrés très prévenants et nous ont même donné des conseils pour l'organisation de notre voyage. Une fois sur place tout était parfait, la maison était immense et sur-équipée. Les parcs étaient situés entre 10 et 25mn de la maison ce qui nous permettait de faire un break dans la journée pour profiter de la piscine et retourner aux parcs en fin d'après midi. En moyenne les filles passaient entre 2 et 3 heures dans la piscine chaque jour. Un supermarché à 5mn en voiture nous permettait d'avoir tout ce dont nous avions besoin rapidement.Nous avons passé 11 jours de rêve à Orlando, Larry nous a appelé dès notre arrivée pour savoir si tout se passait bien dans la maison et nous avons eu un mail à notre retour en France pour s'assurer que nous avions passé un bon séjour. On s'est vraiment senti encadré pour l'organisation de ce grand voyage, encore merci à Mary et Larry pour tout ! Vous pouvez partir en toute confiance, vous serez encadrés par deux personnes qui sauront s'occuper de vous et vous passerez vos vacances dans une villa de rêve...

Thank you Larry & Mary for sharing your lovely home with us. We have enjoyed our stay in Orlando but your beautiful villa makes it extra special. We will not consider a hotel in the future. We will be most definely be coming back to your villa very soon. It is fantastic to have your own pool.
The villa is in a prime position for all of the amenities and so close to Disney. We will recommend this villa to all of our friends as this is the nicest & best villa we have seen in 22 years of coming to Florida.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. The Games room is perfect for kids of all ages even upto my age (not going to mention it!!)
The pool is so relaxing and all of the facilities are spot on. The area the villa is in could not be better to visit Disney & all of the other attrections. A must to see is the Cars parade at Old Town on Saturday nights, only 5 minutes drive.
We have had a wonderful holiday, one we will remember for a very long time.

Dear Larry & Mary,
Thank you so much for letting us rent your lovely villa for an extra week due to the Volcano eruption in Iceland leaving us unable to return home for another 11 days!!. We are so grateful to you both.
Your pool has been fantastic & we enjoyed the games room. Jennifer loved her Dalamtians room (especially the luxury of watching her own Tv on the mornings) & her sisters enjoyed taking turns of sleeping in the grown up double en-suite.
The location for all of the Parks has been wonderful too. We particularly enjoyed Aquatica & Seaworld. The illuminations & Fireworks at Magic Kingdom, The Lion King, Finding Nemo, Safari at Animal Kindom & Soaring at Epcot.
For young children it is useful to know that you can queue to meet Micke, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, Goofy all in one go at Epcot.
Elizabeth found the rollercoasters at Busch Gardens the most exciting!!
The local Market Place supermarket has been very useful & we particularly enjoyed the meals at The Outback & Carraba. as well as the breakfasts at Denny's Happy hour before 7am.
We had looked forward to being here for a very long time but is has still exceeded our expectations.
