Perfect Holiday

It was an excellent opportunity for us to stay in this villa . We stayed in this stunning villa which was the best location in Phuket. It is the ideal property, when travelling with children, due to a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space, a very child friendly swimming pool - not to mention situated right on the beach.
The views from the living area and the bedrooms are magnificent, the villa is finished to a high standard and it has a lovely swimming pool.
Tanya and her staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help.
Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend for a group or family trip.
We really enjoyed our stay over here and I think anyone can book these villas with confidence.It's worth staying in these villas specially if you are travelling with friends or family.

I found my stay a pleasure which commenced when meeting the owner and enjoying the beautiful villa and surroundings.

This is the place to stay in Phuket! My girlfriend and I have been three times in the past 2 years and it just gets better with each visit. Perfectly located in the most picturesque bay on the island, these stunning villas are the perfect place to sip wine and watch the sun disappear over the horizon.
You have everything you need at your doorstep – infinity pool perfect for sunbathing around or swimming morning laps. If you do not want to cook for yourself in the villas fully equipped kitchen, there are loads of dining options nearby with delicious local style seafood restaurants literally on the beachfront.
For exploring the area or surrounding islands – the lovely Tanya catered to our every need. From organizing drivers and guides to chartering the 38 foot powerboat anchored out the front of the villas. We highly recommend getting out on the water for a day of snorkeling, island hopping and bbq’s. Then cruising slowly back to our little slice of paradise with a glass of bubbly in hand!
Can’t wait to get back there!

Wow, wow, wow - we never wanted to leave. This is a stunning villa in arguably the best location in Phuket. It is the ideal property, when travelling with children, due to a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space, a very child friendly swimming pool - not to mention situated right on the beach. We frequented the beach bar restaurant - a short stroll up the beach - for cheap and fantastic food and drink, and home in time to get the kids to bed.
Our hosts, Mike and Tanya did everything possible to make our stay perfect. We arrived to a supply of pre ordered groceries (essential again when you have kids to feed) and a cosy cot made up for our youngest. Anything is possible here - just ask Tanya and it gets done. For example, we requested an in house massage and 3 brilliant massueses arrived within the hour. A highlight was a day on the chartered boat. Cruising crystal clear waters, snorkelling and a fabulous lunch on a secluded beach. If you are looking for a little luxury in the sun, with the opportunity to do little or a lot - this is the perfect place to go (with or without children). We are already planning our return. Thanks again for everything you did to make this the perfect family holiday Tanya and Mike.

On arrival our party (5 adults 2 kids) were thrilled with the location and standard of the property. The website photo's hardly did it justice. The apartment was virtually brand new with beautiful furnishings and fittings together with large luxurious bathrooms and kitchen. ( the kitchen had been efficiently stocked with a pre-arranged order of groceries etc.)
The high standards were set from the moment we were met at the airport by the ever smiling Roy (driver/ tour guide/ porter). On arrival at the apartment we were met by our hosts the "larger than life" Mike & Tanya who could not have been more hospitable with advice regarding the local area, tours, attractions, and the many good places to eat and drink.
There are lots of things to do and see in the area and also further afield- great swimming pool, beautiful beaches, shops, markets, restaurants and a magnificent boat available for charter ( absolute highlight).
All our party agreed the lasting images of our stay were the location, the hospitality, and those beautiful sunset walks along the beach to a favourite restaurant right on the waters edge.

We arrived at Waterside and were allocated villa B1 which is on the first level of villas with beautiful views out over the bay.
The accomodation is spacious and airy and has all the facilities you would expect and more-Tanya has thought of everything and works really hard to ensure your stay is a pleasure. Roy the driver is a lovely chap who can take you anywhere you wish to go in Phuket in the luxury minibus- he will happily wait for you to shop, dine etc and his service level is wonderful. We visited Phuket Town to dine out one evening in a nice restaurant and also we went to Patong for the night to shop, dine and generally to experience the lively side of Phuket - Patong is approx 40 mins drive away and costs about £20 return with Roy.

There is not too much surrounding the accomodation in terms of nightlife or bars, it is for those seeking quiet, tranquility.
There is a hotel nearby - just a couple of mins walk along the beach where you can have fine dining if you wish as well as wines or our preference was to walk a few mins further along the beach to the local Thai beach bar (the one with the flashing lights in the sea!!) which served wonderfully fresh food inc seafood at very reasonable prices. We ate lobster, fresh crab, fresh fish as well as tradional thai chicken & veg dishes and the most we paid was about £20 per head inc drinks. Expect to pay double that in the Novotel!.

There are many options for sightseeing in Phuket and Tanya happily advises you on the best guides and companys to travel with. We went to Phi Phi Island and to 'The Beach' where the film was made! which is a must for snorkelling and beaches. Diving is also great at Maya Beach albeit a bit on the pricey side - we paid approx £80 pp for a 2 dive trip. Also recommended is the elephant trekking and white water rafting on the Eco tour - a fab day out but be prepared to get wet!.

All in all you will not be disappointed with the villas, service or the island of Phuket. The people are very welcoming - they make you feels like VIP's and the villa facilities are fantastic.
We were wowed by the bathrooms, comfy beds, kitchen facilities, spaciousness, plasma screens and DVD library if you fancy a quiet night in.
We really didn't want to leave and will certainly be visiting again - I have recommended the villas to lots of friends and business colleagues - which I wouldn't do if I didn't think they would enjoy the place.

We stayed at condo C5 & C6 the apartments were excellent and better than what we had expected the views from the apartment balcony's were amazing. The staff were very helpful and we had a very good time being shown and taken to all the sites around Phuket by the driver Roy very cheerful guy had loads of laugh's with him.
Defiantley would visit again and also recommend to friends and family. Had such a warm welcome from Tanya / Mike.

We stayed in condo B1 May 22nd to May 31st 2008. We were a party of 6. The condo had 4 bedrooms and was plenty large for everybody. Every room opened up to a balcony with beachfront view. You are literally at the beach as soon as you step out the door. The condo is in a secluded, quiet area of Phuket and you pretty much get the beach all by yourself. If you don't like going into the sea you can relax in the swimming pool that's just meters away from the surf. The condo management offers a van shuttle service if you wish to go to/from the airport or into Phuket town.

My one tip is that for resturaunts you can walk to the small resorts up the road.
