This villa is amazing. It has a large open plan living area with full kitchen, two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a smaller (or shall I say cozy) rooftop bungalow with outdoor shower and bathroom. I stayed in the rooftop bungalow and found this living space very comfortable, quiet and relaxing - A comfortable room to retreat and relax for the night. This villa has all the comforts of home, including surround sound, huge dining table, and a full kitchen, but we were three moms on holiday, so the last thing we wanted to do was stay home and prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. Instead, we enjoyed the wonderful places to shop and dine in and around Seminyak. Some of my favourite places were Metis, Mosaic Beach Club and Mama San, but we had wonderful, delicious food in so many places. There’s an amazing gym (The Daily Gym) within walking distance of the villa at a cost of $2-3AUD per day (yes, that cheap) and it’s full of Cybex equipment, a treadmill, stair machine, and dumbbells, etc. The gym was useful as we enjoyed food and/or drinks at various places, including but not limited to The Junction, Oazia Spavodka; The Corner Store; lunch and drinks at 3V; Drinks and Dinner at Ku De Ta; An amazing lunch followed by poolside drinks and dessert at Mosaic Beach Club (a highlight for all of us); dinner at Metis; Brunch at Sea Circus; A late lunch at Café Zucchini; Morning tea at Biku; Drinks at Potato Head; Dinner at the Grocer and Grind; Breakfast at Petitenget; Lunch at Zen Garden; Dinner at Mama San (Spicy!); Breakfast at Cocoon Beach Club; Dinner and wine delivered to the villa from Rustica (Yummy Meatballs and Tiramisu); Breakfast Feast at W; dinner at Ultimo. See, I told you we needed the gym. The villa staff was friendly and responded quickly to any requests we had and we met the managers of the Villa, Russell and Sky who were an absolute pleasure.

My second stay at Lima puri number 3 villa within 6 weeks- this time with my friends no kids !!
Was so nice it's a massive villa we actually rattled around a bit !!!


The pool is always at such a beautiful temperature and it's not in the blistering sun as there is some foliage so it's really lovely even in the middle of the day.

The location is awesome it's just so peaceful and quiet but can still walk to town or beach and let's face it nowhere in seminyak costs more than about 90 cents to get to.
We went to Metis- amazing and just around the corner, the W and three day spas all quite close. We have our favorite places and villa Lima puri is convenient to them all.

The staff are really friendly and if you need extra water or laundry just ask them . Anything else just text the villa manager she always replies straight away.

Very large villa in awesome location walking distance to amazing restaurants and spas etc plus the big four of Mozaic beach club, the W, Potato head and Ku De ta. stroll to the beach in less than ten mins through the rice fields or down a pathway.
Really a great location and very quiet in the evenings and mornings and easy to get to shops, gym, chemist, anything you need.

Roof terrace with sunsets, alfresco shower and lounges/ beanbags.

Excellent aircon, beautiful pool and tropical garden. Pool does get a little shade so not in baking heat all day and temp of water was perfect.
Completely closeable living area so no mozzies inside at night !!

Massive rooms and bathrooms everything cleaned every day and THE most comfortable bed I have slept in in Asia no rock hard mattresses here.
the wifi here works well its fast and didnt seem to drop out which was good.
the kitchen is a full kitchen which is rare in bali villas- you can actually cook if you want to and then someone washes everything up for you !!
staff on hand to make your breakfast and so on.

there is always parking for your rental car or taxi drop off.

very child friendly with balconies and stairs all infilled with perspex plus totally lockable doors away from pool, you would need baby gates for stairs for a young toddler but they are hired very easily.
our 4 year old was totally fine on the steps without them.

lima puri sleeps 6 people. the only people who this villa wouldnt suit would be the very elderly as there are some big steps.
for the price and the location you really couldnt get a better villa !!

This villa is very close to a lot of shops, pubs and restaurants. Our favourite was the one 5 minutes away which served excelled grilled fish.

Lima Puri villas were even more luxurious and spacious than in the pictures. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The villas are situated in a calm neighbourhood near the beach and they were only a short and cheap taxidrive away from the centers of seminyak and kuta. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and I can recomend it to everyone.

Villa Lima Puri is your second home at Bali... The villa is located in the hear of Seminyak... everything you need is a walking distance... supermarket or bar..some resturants are all near you.. the pics that are posted on this website of the villa is exactly what you will see in reality.. the villa is very nice and comfortable. The house manger will welcome you with the friendlest crew along with Mr. Russel. I can assure you that you will have a very clean villa, as if it was brand new... we consider ourselves lucky with the villa and the helpful crew. the villa is well maintained and it has been taken care off very well. Every morning the crew will arrange your fresh breakfast (huge breakfast) which is so yummy and then will clean the house and change bedlenins if required.
The villa is worth every penny you will pay for and you will never regret your stay

Stayed for one week on arrival from Australia, and as i wanted to treat myself i chose the Lima Puri Villas which was a great decision. Away from the madness of Legian and Kuta, Seminyak has a lot more upmarket restaurants and shops, and less hawkers. The villa was hard to leave though mainly due to, the enticing pool, surrounded by greenery, the roof top for sunsets overlooking rice paddies, and the big plasma showing live sport ( Rugby World Cup was on at the time ).
The bedroom featured comfortable king size bed, and had its own balcony overlooking the rice paddies, huge spa bath and plenty of space. Great decor through out. There is even a wood bedroom on the roof top which is simply idyllic but smaller than the master bedroom which i decided to remain in...The staff were friendly, and provided everything i needed when asked. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect retreat, within minutes of Bali's best bars, restaurants, beach and shops. The only noise was from the water in the pool which was very relaxing, no scooters or noisy bars to annoy...Felt like a rock star :)

Go for the master bedroom as it has its own balcony, but the other main bedroom is fantastic. The room on the roof is small in comparison but does have its own roof - so all options are great in their own way.
