We spent a great long weekend in this lovely apartment. It's ideally located close to Gare de Lyon, Place de Bastille and for exploring the Marais area. The apartment itself had everything that we needed and was very warm and comfortable.

The owner was also very helpful and his directions were great. We found it first time and he was there to meet us and explain everything. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again.

We stayed in the apartment in January 2012. Great location, very bright, equipped with all necessary apartments. Mohamad is very friendly and attentive to his guests. Near the house is located Aligr market where you can buy fresh food and flea market.
It akes 5 minutes to get to the Place de la Bastille, 2-3 minutes to metro.

In general, we still have only positive feelings of being in Paris.

Very light, very clean appartment with style and central. Perfect for 2, fits 4 without problems. We have had a great time with our 2 boys who enjoyed having their own TV set. The quartier is not noisy the view from the room great. You have 4 bakeries around and a good food market close by. Great place to stay!

Staying at Mohamad's was the first time I had used Airbnb and the experience he offered was fantastic. The apartment is really great, very clean, and Mohamad provided some drinks, tea, coffee as well as towels, clean sheets, etc. There is a beautiful little balcony as well. The location is amazing. The Bastille area is filled with great restaurants, cafes and bars and it is a 5 minute walk to Gare de Lyon. The area was safe and very central and easy to get around. A couple of stops on the Metro and you come out at the Louvre or further down, the Champs Eleysees. Mohamad greeted us on arrival and was very helpful and friendly. I would highly reccommend this place, its a safe, clean apartment, would definitely visit again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist pikobello sauber und neu, in der Wohnung findet sich wirklich alles was man braucht, bis hin zum Fön und Schirm... Außerdem war der Empfang sehr persönlich und gastfreundlich: mit einigen Grundlagen wie Wein, Kaffe und Milch im Kühlschrank.
Der Vermieter war nett, dezent und sehr freundlich, inidviduelle bsprachen waren unkompliziert möglich und zuverlässig.
Wir kommen gern wieder!!

L'appartement a été rénové de manière extraordinaire. Tout en gardant son charme ancien, la déco et le matériel sont très modernes et foncionnels.
La vue dégagée permet d'apprécier le balcon de manière très agréable.
Le quartier est vivant avec son marché quasi quotidien (excepté le lundi) et bien situé (accès métro 1 gare de Lyon pour une traversée touristique de Paris plus facile).
Merci mille fois aux propriétaires pour leurs attentions charmantes.

My friend, her 12-year old son and myself stayed in Mohammed's lovely apartment in Paris and could not have been more happier with the experience.
We arrived early in the morning and Mohammed graciously allowed us to have an early check-in (and late check-out as our flight was not leaving until early evening) at no extra cost.
When we arrived we were greeted by Mohammed and his friend Pasquale who helped us with our luggage up to the apartment and advised us on the local area, where to buy supplies (2 min. walk from the apartment), the location of train station (5 min. walk). While the apartment is in the 12th this was no hassle at all as it is a short walk to the train station then a few minutes ride into the middle of the city. Absolutely fantastic little bakery near the train station.
As for the apartment itself - had absolutely everything that we needed plus more, including free Wi-Fi much to the delight of the youngest member of the group. Most apartments in the Paris are on the small side compared to those we are used to, but was more than adequate for our needs. Also very quiet at night and a great place to escape to after the hustle and bustle that is Paris.
We were more than satisfied with our stay in this lovely little apartment and it certainly enhanced our Paris experience, thanks to Mohammed and Pasquale and I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to find somewhere to escape to after a busy day in Paris.
