When looking for a villa, we wanted one which had a private pool and was a good price - all aspects which this property fulfilled.

The villa is very spacious, consisting of two living rooms (one with a dining table and chairs), kitchen with washer/dryer, garage, one twin bedroom, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a swimming pool. The villa can sleep eight (with a roll-out bed/sofa) and has all the amenities we wanted, plus a few more (the addition of a PS3, which we simply used to surf the internet, was good, as were three TVs, one being a huge flatscreen - though we only used one). Fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and waste disposal are a given.

Located just off highway 27, it takes just a few minutes drive to get to the I-4 and, as such, about 20-25 minutes to the parks (Disney and Universal/SeaWorld parks). This was good for us - this is the main area for villas and we have stayed in ones further away. There are various shops, restaurants, fast food outlets and supermarkets within an easy drive, which again proved handy.

On arriving in the villa we did find a nice touch - towels folded into the shape of swans and hearts on the beds. There were also several leaflets on the counter separating the kitchen and rear living room for parks and other attractions, which were handy. The wi-fi was useful, but we couldn't find the villa manual anywhere which we presumed was where the WEP key was, so couldn't use our own wireless devices.

During our stay we did have two problems, which we believe were problems with utility companies and not the villa, villa owners or managers. We lost water on one day, and on another access to the internet, telephone and TV. We called the villa management company on both occasions (when we lost telephone we had to use a nearby shop) and it was sorted out on the same day whilst we were at the park. Again, we don't put any of these down to the villa but just accidents on behalf of the utility companies.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean with only a handful of bugs (this is Florida, you will find them no matter where you stay) and in a great location, for a very cheap price. We would definitely look at staying here again (we've kept the details for future visits) and would recommend it to friends and family.
