The Shores is a luxury resort condominium located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It is a quiet and intimate 20 unit development. The unit was completely renovated in 2011 including Granite Countertops and new cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. New king size mattress set in the master bedroom. New double mattresses in guest bedroom. New 42' LED HDTV. New washer and dryer. Second floor location and spacious balcony offer gorgeous views of the beach & fabulous sunset vistas. Free Wi-Fi and long distance to US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Beautifully furnished & decorated. A two minute walk to the Redington Long Fishing Pier. Redington Beach is a small beachfront community known for its pristine gulf coast beaches, restaurants & nearby attractions.

Great Condo - Great Location - Great View!

Our second visit to this Redington Shores condo was even better than the first! The decor in the unit is modern (very "vacation-friendly").clean and well-maintained The amenities are wonderful - including a new washer/dryer,flat screen HDTV with cable and the super clean swimming pool and deck area. The view overlooking the ocean was perfect for mornings and sunsets - and the location right on the beach is exactly what we were looking for. The beach location was great for long walks and runs, then easy-in back to our "home" for the week. Many great restaurants are close-by, our favorites included The Salt Rock Grill, Villa Gallache and The Conch. The owners being so accommodating, and the affordable pricing is all a bonus!
We plan on making this an annual visit for our wedding anniversary. See you next year!

The accomodations were perfect for my husband and I. Beautiful view and it was great being directly on the beach. If you are looking for a quiet area this is for you. We were glad that we weren't staying up in the busier area of Clearwater. Condo was clean, well equipped, and secure. The only complaint that we had about staying in that area and this has nothing to do with our accomodations was that the food at the area restaurants was awful!

This condo had everything we could ask for in a spring break location. I love the Redington Shores area. The condo offered convenience with a washer and dryer, two gas grills, and nice furnishings. It was a great view from the balcony as we drank our coffee each morning. The condos were very well maintained. The pool was nice, and the lounge furniture was excellent. Best of all, it felt like we had the place to ourselves, as we never had to worry about available lounges.
I guess it would have been nice to have more trash bags and toilet paper, but those are pretty minor details. We have already booked our trip for next year, and can't wait to head back!

3rd experience with VRBO

Our 3rd experience with VRBO - HI, OR and now, FL. All were great! Reviews are very helpful so I'm grateful for the opportunity. The site information was accurate, pictures realistic. The unit was clean and well equiped. Owners/agent easy to deal with, had a few questions which were answered quickly. This was a Christmas vacation for us and our 2 adult children. We are used to warmer weather in FL but the location made up for the cool weather! I would recommend this unit to our friends. It is so nice to be able to trust a site. This visit just added to our confidence in going through VRBO. Thank you!

Best Vacation In A LONG Time!

We absolutely loved this condo! The owners were so nice and easy to deal with, and the condo itself was decorated very cute & not to mention the AWESOME view of the Gulf. It was very quiet we had the beach to ourselves, another plus is you can walk just about anywhere to get to restaurants and bars. This is definitely our "go to" place when we come to the Tampa area.

We have stayed at The Shores, numerous times over the years but this suite was the best. The suite was well maintained and very clean. The owners were very cooperative and responded promptly to our e-mails. We love this property and have re-booked this suite for our annual trip to Florida.We look forward to sitting on the balcony every evening to watch the sunsets.

The condo was excellent, updated and comfortable. The building was smaller than many on the beach; therefore, the pool was never too busy. Beach and pool views from the deck were great.The beach front is quieter than most, but if you want more "action" there is a tiki bar at the Doubletree, on the beach, only a 10 minute walk south. If anyone is looking for a two bedroom condo on the beach, this is a great spot! We had family visit for a week of our month stay and the accomodations worked well.
There is close east/west access from Gulf Blvd for shopping and I-275.

We had a great time.The beach along that area is perfect for walking or just sunning and/or reading. The complex has a nice pool with newer furniture arranged comfortably. The condo itself has a nice roomy feel with a big balcony overlooking the Gulf. The kitchen was small but had all the essentials and served all our needs very well. We also used the washer and dryer combo to satisfy our laundry needs. The master bedroom/bath combination also had plenty of storage for our two week stay. The second bedroom has two double beds but is pretty compact by comparison. Beach chairs were also made available; a nice touch that we took advantage of. A couple of shopping carts by the stairs plus the elevator made loading and unloading pretty easy. Defintely would consider coming back next year.
