Lovely Winter Getaway

We have just returned from a six week stay in this lovely country club property. Location is excellent. Sun exposure on the back patio for morning coffee, shade in the afternoon. We love the proximity to the pool. This condo is very well appointed and the owner is responsive and very easy to work with. The property was very clean upon our arrival. Condo has many new upgrades and features including beautiful granite kitchen, lovely updated master bath, new flat screen televisions, and new washer and dryer. Outdoor furnishings and barbeque are all very comfortable and user friendly.
The previous review is unfortunate and we must disagree. We found the overall condition of the property and amenities to be very livable and comfortable. The living room sofa is dated, but the owner continues to make upgrades and improvements and is aware this is an item that needs attention.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay - enough that we are returning for a month next year, 2014.

We have been coming to this condo for years! Lori, the owner has been kind and generous over the years to make sure our stay is always wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need even plastic dishes for the pool area. The master suite bathroom is beautiful. Plus there is a great bar for entertaining. The beds are so comfortable we always get great sleep while we are there. The condo is clean and very comfortable. The location is so convenient. We are close to the pool and club house. We have access to the gym, tennis and golf. Over the years she has replaced items to keep her guests happy such as brand new TV's, window screens, BBQ and laundry. Our family loves to stay here when we visit the desert. We will continue to rent this condo because it feels like our home away from home.

Our experience with this rental

We enjoyed the location of this property and the fact that the tub had been replaced by a walk in shower. We had a new TV and washer and dryer and the beds were comfortable. However, the sofa is an old hide a bed and very uncomfortable to sit on with no support. The two chairs in the living room were soiled. The four chairs in the dining room had lost their padding and one felt as if sitting on the board beneath the padding. The dishes were scratched, the tile floors were cracked, the barbeque was dirty, Very few of the glasses matched, the phone did not work, the furnace filters had not been changed. I would not recommend this rental unless the living room furniture and the dining chairs and the dishes were replaced.
Owner's Response: It's really unfortunate that some people can't be pleased no matter how hard you try. Additional ammenties were even provided in advance to make the property "exactly" as the tenant wanted. We went out of our way to make things exceptional including correcting what turned out to be a cable company programming issue with an oversized flat screen smart TV. It's easy to see by previous tenant's posts the type of property and owners we are. It's unfortunate that try as we may our efforts to please were never going to be good enough.

Wonderful Rental

We would highly recommend this beautiful property to friends. The unit included everything you need away from home. The location was on a quite street and the perfect distance to the pool. It was a very comfortable to stay with the two king size beds. We were able to utilize the tennis facility. It was convenient to reserve a court, rent the ball machine and take a lesson with Scott. On the last night, we enjoyed a bbq on the patio. The owners were extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and shopping in the area. It was the perfect vacation for us!

This is the second time we have stayed in this rental. It has a great location within the Desert Falls CC. It is on a quiet street with no through traffic. The rear patio is steps from the large pool. The rear patio is shaded in the afternoon so sitting and eating outside is enjoyable. The unit has everything and the owner is very easy to work with.

This is a lovely unit on a very quiet street. The pool is less than 100' from the back patio. Unit is well maintained and the owner is very easy to work with. We highly recommend it.

We stayed here on New Years Eve, 2006 with another couple. Beautiful condo and the location is perfect. Very quiet. Pool is close to unit but not so close as to be a "noise" problem. Unit has everything you'll need.
